  • The Coolmax Helmet Liner combines two fabrics for one highly technical piece of headwear. Coolmax mesh fabric headcovering minimizes bulk and promotes moisture transfer while Coolmax stretch fabric snugly covers ears and holds the liner in place under a helmet. Flattened seam construction avoids pinching, binding or hot spots. Comfortable fit for all head shapes. One size fits most.

andrew healdsburg,  CA why? I think I understand why people buy these, but it doesn't do anything for me. Firstly, the inner lining of my helmet can be removed and cleaned. Secondly, when I wear this under my helmet, my helmet feels less comfortable. Lastly, when I remove it, an indentation on my forehead that requires an hour or so to go away. Maybe I'm not wearing it right?

Richard Buccigross San Diego,  CA Zan Headgear - Coolmax Helmet Liner I've used different cap-style helmet liner and was attracted to the description. It's a one-size-fits-all, but it seems to be for a person with either a head the size of a basketball or someone with a serious 'fro. I wear a medium size helmet and this liner is waaaaay too big and, therefore, bunches up under the helmet and is uncomfortable. We'll see how long it lasts.

Danny Jackson Anahuac,  TX This thing works great I have tried this and I like it. It is what it says… coolmax. I live in southeast Texas and the heat and humidity is ungodly, but this thing works great and feels great on your head. Would recommend this to any one riding.

Bryan Weikum Mountain Ranch,  CA Coolmax Helmet Liner This is probably the best small investment a person can make. It provides the breathability your scalp needs to stay healthy. Helps to keep you cool and dry or warm and dry depending on the outside temp. By keeping you dry it helps to maintain normal body temperature. I now own 3 so I can always keep a clean one in my Saddlebag.

Bryan Weikum Mountain Ranch,  CA Zan Headgear - Coolmax Helmet Liner I consider this item to be a logical necessity for the Spring and Summer months. In winter I wear a fleece hood. From 60 degrees and up, this is a great piece of equipment. It keeps my head dry and cool. It appears to be well made and fits my head great. I would recommend this particular purchase to any serious rider. It helps to keep your helmet clean inside as well as keeping you comfortable.
