A great upgrade from the basic bag that comes with most helmets. Fits my Shoei Quest perfectly and the protective liner inside is pretty good. I am not sure what the material is but it tends to shed a bit, leaving lint on your helmet/visor. And although I hardly use it, it's nice having the holes in the bag that you can put your D-rings through and lock your helmet to your bike while in the bag.
