Emmett Sumter,  SC From an old newbie I haven't ridden in 40 years. This helmet seems to fit very well. Only negative I've notoced is that it is a little too snug across the space above my eyes. I haven't figured out how to aallviate that yet. I hope I don't end up using my #2 helmet but I do find this one somewhat uncomfortable for long rides (anything over 30 minutes) It is a XXXL.

Emmett Sumter,  SC Arai Helmet First helmet I've worn in about 35 years. Great helmet. Fits very well and is comfortable. Face shield is easy to get up and down which is important when one is actually on the back of a huge moving unstable machine.
