its ok
The vest is well made; my only gripe is the side adjustment straps are set up a little strange. The straps are Velcro and they have to be slid into a hole which makes it a hassle to deal with changing the size... but other than that, works well.

Joe Rocket - Military Spec Vest
I was looking for a light weight vest to fit over my existing jacket and this fits perfectly. The florescent mesh and reflective strip is very visible on the road, particularly at night cause I right to work before dawn. The material and the zipper is very durable. The zipper is big enough to pull with gloves on. I like that the vest is not tight and not loose. I was worried it would be too bulky and would flap in the wind on the bike, but it fits well; not too tight. Im very happy with this purchase.
