Steve Andover,  CT Nolan N42 Helmet I have 2 of these Nolan helmets. They are by far my favorite helmets. Fit is good for my head and the sun shade has benefits as well. I have about 12 helmets. This Nolan is the quietest of the lot ... including full face, flip up full face and 3/4 helmets. The like smoke visor I got is a benefit as well. Not too dark and nice with sun glasses. Both products are great IMO.

Steve Clarksville,  CA Helmet review The N42NC helmet rates five stars for appearance, but it probably only rates one star for wind noise. Nolan must not have wind tunnel tested the helmet. Extreme wind noise from the point where the face shield settles onto the side of the helmet. I glued a piece of small vinyl tubing to both sides of the plastic face shield, which helped the noise problem. Poor seal where the face shield folds down on the helmet sides.

TORBA INCIRLIK TURKEY,  CA TITANIUM N42-NC This helmet’s design is perfect for the hot days in Turkey and I fully close the shield for evening. The lightweight design is easy to maneuver and the professional finish is like fine car paint. I will enjoy it this summer.

Thunder Sheboygan Falls,  Northwest Yellow Nolan N42-NC I looked at dozens of helmets online and in stores. I love my yellow Nolan. It is a good quality helmet at a good price and it fits perfectly. I love the microlock retention system. The VPS is an excellent feature. It matches my pearl yellow Goldwing really well.
