2. Shield does NOT fog, comes with Pinlock shield
3. Super quiet
4. Modular opening mechanism is easy to use and flawless
5. Sun visor is a nice extra, also easy to use
6. Premium quality components throughout helmet
7. Snug, glove-like fit with no pressure points
8. Slim profile looks nice on anyone
Bottom line: Best helmet I have ever owned. Would recommend to anyone, even those who don't prefer modular.

Runs on the small side, internal visor actuator not easy to operate, poor air flow and visor fogs easily, Still overall a good helmet with a fair price for a fiber combination shell. I recommend trying one on before you buy it if possible.
