good helmet, poor phone
The helmet is a good full-face helmet, especially for the price. Been using it for a few months now and I will keep it. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth just does not cut it. Any speeds above 30mph (and that's pushing it) and telephone audio is just not worthwhile. I have not had a chance to test music playback (my phone does not support the A2DP stereo Bluetooth profile) nor have I had a chance to test it in a driver-to-passenger situation. Given experiences with other Bluetooth products with poor phone volume, I’ve seen often that music volume can be much better. So I hope this one will cut it for that. Considering the phone problem, I will not take the chance to buy another one to test driver-to-passenger.

really comfortable
This is a great helmet. I love the color and fit. Haven't had a chance to try the Bluetooth feature yet.

low price, low performance
This helmet doesn't quiet have what it takes for bluetooth conversations. Road nose inside, above about thirty miles an hour, and myself as a rider just cannot make out voices. I disabled the device from connecting to my cell phone, really, as while I’m okay with driving with hands-free units, I don't feel comfortable spending my concentration trying to barely understand a voice while operating a vehicle (much less a motorcycle). I do keep it synced to my music device, though; while it's not as loud as I’d like for that, either, it will do for now while I search for another helmet. Build quality feels sturdy, the helmet is comfortable, and more than a few people at work commented on the good looks.

Great helmet, looks good too. Fit a little tight but bluetooth is great. Sounds clear and at $229, its good deal.

Not a bad helmet for the price. The Interior flip down tinted half-shield is very handy for me. Now as far as the Bluetooth goes I really can't say a lot. It is loud and clear at low speeds (in city). On the Hwy you can't make out words. You get a lot of airflow inside so it makes a good summer helmet. I don't know how long the battery will hold a charge due to the short time it takes me to get to work (15 min) and sadly the whole unit crapped out on me in less than a month. The charging light never did show a full charge and eventually wouldn't even try to charge. It's totally dead. If the Bluetooth worked it's worth the money no question.

Be careful about buying his.
I bought two. I drive a Harley 02 fxdwg. It is loud but most Harley's are. The helmets were supposed to be tested on Harley's and said to work. I cannot hear my wife on the bike with me nor can she make out what I am saying. Cannot hear phone calls clearly either. I sent both back and requested two new helmets. I hope I got two lemons but I think it is not made for loud bikes only bikes that sound like sewing machines.

Awesome Bluetooth helmet from Vega
LOVE this helmet! Clear calls, quality made, the flat/rubberized black is awesome and doesn't scratch easy. Use it with my Ipod and cell phone. Well made, the drop down visor is great (no ned for a tinted and clear) and the Bluetooth is great. Not bad in price either. The ears speakers are a little close but they're padded, helmet is comfortable.

Great features at an even better price!
This is a great helmet at only $229 the price can’t be beat. The bluetooth works well and is easy to use. Calls are clear and loud while riding. I got the matte black and it looks amazing however in the pictures is shows black air vents, the vents are actually silver. The helmet fits well and air flow is great, I recommend this helmet to anyone who wants a bluetooth helmet without breaking the bank
