Very nice helmet. Followed the advice and took 1+ size: fit perfect. This is my 1st full face, cannot compare with others but the noise level is acceptable even at highway speed. Fit snuggle, just right (Large size). Vents work just fine, look sharp, no vibration at high speed. Would recommend this helmet.

Good Value in a Flip-up
I now have 3 Miglia's. On one I have mounted an Am/FM radio with internal speakers and it makes for an entertaining ride. On the other 2, I have mounted Cardo Bluetooth units. The Cardo units are great. Rider and passenger can chat just like when on the phone...very nice. As far as the helmet goes, on balance, I have found the Miglia to be the best overall value in a flip-up. You can spend a lot more and not get as good a value. One feature is unique to the Miglia and I love it. In addition to the easy snap chin strap closure, there is also a D ring so you can still lock up the helmet to your bike. No other helmet offers this combination. Like all flip-ups, the Miglia does allow for additional wind noise over a full-face, but it is tolerable through most of the riding spectrum. I don't have much bad to say about the Miglia. I do wish they offered a "light smoke" face shield. Other than that, everything else would just be personal preference.

Good helmet
I took the medium and it's a snug fit (as it's supposed to be I hear) and as I began to wear it on my 26x2 mile commute it began to pull my hair after about 20 miles. Soon I took a long trip, where it's bothered my ears. Since then my ears got used to it (something had to give), but my scalp still has a problem with the hair pulling. I'm trying different solutions for that, something will eventually work. Otherwise great looking helmet, good features.

I've owned this helmet a year and it's been my primary helmet during that time. Sizing runs small. I take a large in KBC and HJC helmets, but according to the AGV fit chart I needed a medium. The helmet is snug on the head but not uncomfortable. The cheek pads however are very tight and pinched my cheeks. I felt like a chipmunk the way my cheeks were squeezed. I've been thinking about ordering a set of large cheek pads to see if that helps. Fit and finish are excellent and the chin piece latching mechanism works well.

Excelent, for the right head
This is a super helmet, the quality shows at first sight, and seems built to last. Is perfect for me for its modular function.
The only thing is that is a little cramped inside, especially at the chin level, where for me is a little short.
But if you try it and fits you, I definitely recommend it.

One of the Best for the money!
I purchased two of these helmets for my wife and I a few months back. We tried many different helmets at one time when we bought our bike. This is a very comfortable helmet compared to non-modular designs. The strap latch system is incredibly strong and secure. Also the latch system has got to be the best inventions for a helmet out there. The only, and I mean only complaint that I have, is that my chin rubs the inside of the helmet at speed. Other than that, I am very happy with it.

I am very pleased with the quality and fit of this helmet. This is my first full face helmet after a succession of half helmets; so while I find this helmet to be incredibly quiet, others may not. However, I do not find this helmet confining or constrictive in any way. I expected to feel claustrophobic in a full face helmet, but I do not. I would highly recommend this helmet to anyone.

This is Great!
After going through several modular helmets, this one seems to stand out. I will find out more as I wear it during my riding season, which is about to start soon. I will try to update this review to let you know how it turned out once this helmet is used virtually every day. Other similar modular helmets have not stood the test of time.

Nice Helmet
Good helmet, fits nice, but a little snug in the cheek area. The wind ports don’t really make much of a difference but its a modular flip the thing up if you get hot.

I love it!
All in all this is a great helmet, BUT the vents are always open. I occasionally get bugs on the inside, though I think that has more to do with the shape of my melon. Road noise starts to kick in at around highway speeds but I rarely get to go that fast.

Great Modular Helmet
Great helmet at a good price. I read most of the reviews and took everyone’s advice and ordered one size larger than the chart said and it fits great. It looks and feels durable, everything works like it should. I have already recommended this helmet to my friends and to buy it from motorcycle superstore. The price is good and shipping was fast.

Awsome modular!
This has been a great helmet. The fit is snug for my round melon. I suggest strongly that you size up one size. I took that advice and the helmet was snug to start but has since eased up on the cheek squeeze. Now it fits like a glove after a few hours of wear. Compared to my other modulars (Zeus, HJC) it is the quietest of the bunch. The only one too with a metal to metal lockup. The others were plastic to metal. I bought the dark shade as an accessory and love it but use it only in daylight as it really limits vision at sunset.

Fit of this helmet is great. I found the Finish to be durable. There is more wind noise with this helmet versus my Bieffe full face but the Bieffe is not modular. Chin strap and chin bar release work very well. A very good helmet for the money. Oh Ya and parts are available easily from Motorcycle Superstore.

Excellent value!
This is a great helmet at an excellent price! It’s quieter than my old HJC modular. It fits better, though like others have mentioned, go up a size from the recommended size in the sizing chart, which recommended a 'Med' for me, so I ordered a 'Lg' & it fits great. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts for fit was, the cheek pads are a bit snugger than I like. Seems to be well made & is very light for a flip up. The flip up button & latch are far superior to my old helmet & are very well made! Also, the face lifts higher than my old helmet. Better field of view when it's up. I tried on quite a few helmets before choosing this one, including a couple of different Shoei models, one of which was their new flip up. This helmet fit me better & was SOOO much cheaper. Also, 2 thumbs up for Motorcycle Superstore! I will order from them again!

Incredible helmet at near bargain price!
Obviously, AGV wants to buy their way in to the up and coming modular helmet niche in the U.S. with the Miglia. And this is precisely why you want to buy the Miglia if you're looking for a full-featured, flip-up lid! I've worn all the major brand helmets and usually find that the most expensive ones are the best. Except this time. This AGV is extremely comfortable and a perfect fit as advertised. The Miglia fit me like a glove but I've got a "European-shaped" head. Rounder-headed folks might heed the previous reviewer’s advice to go up a size. Overall, the Miglia is very quiet, has all the bells and whistles you need and costs a hundred or more less than it's formidable high-end competitors. It looks pretty cool, too.

Awesome Helmet
I found this helmet to be comfortable and light weight. The sizing chart was right on. Finish is nice with good color. I have already recommended the superstore to my friends. When I put it on it felt like it had been custom made for my head. It was snug and secure even with the chinstrap unhooked, but the padding made it very comfortable. The visor opened and closed easily with very positive stops. I immediately wanted to try it out on my bike so even though it was 100+ degrees outside I ventured forth to test the ventilation. The airflow was great even at slow speeds I stayed cool after an hour of riding. I wanted to say thanks for such an amazing helmet for the low price. My wife and son both want one now so I will probably be buying a couple more soon. One more thing, you didn't mention that it comes with a helmet bag that helps protect it while not being worn. Thanks again!!

We have two of these now. We followed the reviewer’s recommendations to order one size larger than measured. This was a great tip. The fit is great. This helmet is light and the flip up feature makes it easy to put on and remove even with glasses on. You can't find it anywhere for less. We are pleased with our purchases.

An awesome helmet at an awesome price
I wear glasses and this helmet is great for not having to take them off while putting the helmet on. The seatbelt-style chin strap buckle is convenient too (plus the additional D-ring on the chin strap lets you hang it from your bike's helmet locks). It's quick to take off and put on and you can even do the whole thing with gloves on. The helmet is comfortable and reasonably quiet for me. It's not the lightest helmet ever but I have not found it to be tiring or painful even on long rides. I love this helmet and though I've only had it for a little over a month, it feels like it should last for a good long time.

My first Modular
Bought an XL and the fit turned out just right. Just a little squeeze on the cheeks, but I haven't worn it long enough to break in. Low center of gravity also make it comfortable. All mechanical components work just fine. The price was just right.

Great Helmet

The fit is snug along the cheeks but the rest is great. The finish and design of this helmet is excellent, it has less wind resistances than my Half-helmet and the flip-up chin piece is very handy for communicating with other riders, plus easy to open with your gloves on.
The price was very reasonable and getting the helmet bag is great. The chin strap-clip is so much easier then just a D ring to open an close. There is more wind noise than I thought there would be, but this is my first full-face helmet. The vents seemed to be very adequate, as the outside temp. was 95*F plus.

Overall, it's a very good helmet. It's quieter than my other helmet (ARAI). However, it's heavy and bulky. My head gets tossed around if I go any faster than 70mph. For the price and the proven brand, well worth buying. It's not a bad looking helmet either.

Looks great, wish you had blue in stock. Fit needed to be one size larger than my head measurement according the published chart, and even then, I need thinner cheek pads. Chin strap needs re-tightening every few days. First full-face for me, surprised at the noise level. I don't think the anti-fog feature is effective.

I live in Las Vegas and air flow is essential for riding here. This helmet fit well and I like most of the features, but it lacks enough air flow. It has one vent on the front just under the face shield and on small top vent. I can't feel any air movement with both vents open when I am going city speeds (40 and under). This might be great for winter riding, but I ride with the face shield open most of the time just for comfort. This helmet looks great, fits good, and the modular face functions well. I would recommend this helmet if you don't live in a really hot climate.

AGV seems better than my BMW System IV
I just got two new AGM Migila helmets, one for me and one for my wife. I haven't put many miles on it yet but so far it's great. It has much better padding inside than my BMW System IV helmet and the visor is a snap to remove; literally just take a coin and loosen one screw on each side and it pops off and then right back on again... much easier than the BMW System helmet. And it cost less than half what I paid for the BMW helmet. The only thing it's missing is the BMW logo but I will learn to live with that. The chin strap "button" is a little smaller than I think it should be and it would be nice to have a visor lift on each side so I could easily flip up the visor from either side. Don't know how it is going to do in the rain which we have a lot of down here and with fogging up. Can't be worse than the BMW System helmet.

Good quality for the money
It fits well and has nice padding and the modular unit works well and feels secure. Ventilation is good. The chin clasp design could be improved as it is difficult to open and close.

Good helmet. Crappy Ventilation
The only real complaint I have with this helmet is that it doesn't have enough vents. This summer it's gotten pretty warm inside this thing. Other than that I've really enjoyed it. Modular helmets are so convenient I could never go back to a standard style.

AGV's Miglia Modular Helmet
As several others have commented, my initial response was that my new Miglia Modular Helmet might be a bit too tight. However, after wearing it several times, it has become completely comfortable by apparently forming to my specific head shape. I chose AGV's blue color and I have received many complements on it. As for their seat belt type of chin closure, I actually now prefer it to that of the usual ring type of fastener. In my opinion, AGV's helmet noise is better than expected and the vertical adjustments for both their clear visor and chin guard work perfectly well. As a matter of fact, this helmet is working so well that it is fast becoming my #1 choice of the five helmets I own.

The Right Color But a Bit Tight
Having just bought a new blue BMW F800 ST, I realized all my helmets were either red or white so I searched for a vendor who had a blue full face flip up helmet. The AGV Miglia was just what I was looking for. I ordered the Large, which I usually wear and true to form the helmet fit my head perfectly, however my chin pushes into the front of the helmet. While not unbearable it does get a little close especially in the hot days of summer. I fear that if I ordered the XL it would have been too loose on the head.
Other than that the helmet is very well made and the visor goes up and down with ease. The only operational issue I've had is that if you flip up the face piece to hard the face piece will go over the top of the helmet and is a little tricky getting it back down. Overall the AGV is a well made helmet, operates smoothly and is the right color for me. Just keep in mind that the chin room is a little tight.

AGV Miglia Modular Helmet value
Excellent helmet for the money. This model replaces exact model I purchased about two years ago. That was a size M and seemed to be too big. This new one is a size S. There is a big fit difference between the two sizes. The size S makes it more difficult for me to wear my eyeglasses comfortably, but it is bearable. Maybe in time the padding will compress just a little, giving me a less snug fit.

No Air Flow
When I first got the helmet I was very pleased with the appearance the flip up action and the fit. I took it on a long ride on a warm about(90)spring day. The ride lasted about 7 hours. The helmet has one inlet and one exhaust for airflow which in my opinion do not work at all. It felt as if there was no circulation in the helmet. My face was sweating the entire time. Granted I am hot natured.

First helmet, OK, but probably not best fit for my head shape
The AGV helmet has a relatively pronounced V-shape in the lower jaw portion of the helmet. My head is more oval shaped, so after about an hour, it gets to be uncomfortable because the pads press in tightly on my cheeks. Overall, though I am satisfied, and because I am not yet making long rides, it is good enough for now.

Looks good / Feels snug on first wear but foam fits to you as you wear it/ nice features - love the technology /we'll see about durability top slider caught inside bag and fell off... got a scratch through surface first day on top of locker (possible an admirer pulling it over rough edge) Old "Beamer" helmet looks like new after 20 years so these problems early on are a concern.

AGV Miglia Modular Helmt
Overall this helmet is a great purchase for the price. The product appears to be of high quality, the features are what you would expect from a product that would cost much more. The mechanism to lift the chin bar is quite easy to manipulate, even single-handed. It also makes it much easier to wear my glasses as I do not have to take them on and off when putting on and taking off my helmet, which is very nice. It is a bit noisier than a full-face helmet, but that was to be expected, but not much more. My only complaint is the latching mechanism, why isn't it a D-ring clasp? This is very cumbersome and sometimes very difficult fastening and unfastening. However, overall I am quite pleased with this product.

I like the convertible open face; I can put the helmet on without taking off my glasses. The top vent created a rattling sound when open, so I stuffed a little cotton ball in the vent, and it still seems to breathe without the rattling sound. The cheek pads are a little too tight, but they snap out, and could be easily modified. The silver helmet looks good with the black and chrome bike, and stays cool on hot days.

Great Helmet
I just switched from a modular Nolan helmet. This one is noticeably lighter in weight, and easier to open and close. Good helmet, good visor, light weight, and about 40 bucks cheaper than any shop in my area is selling it for.

Love It
The black and white color matches my scooter well.The chin strap has a great latch like a seat belt and the vents are cool and functional. Fits snugly like it should and will loosen a little with time. Sizing was true, and price was reasonable. When I get it smacked up I will buy another, if this product is still available.

Agv miglia helmet
Even though it's a flip up it still takes some effort to get in and out of. The fit is very snug on the sides of my jaw, so I need to remove it carefully to keep from knocking my glasses off, and the chin strap latch doesn't release as easily as the one on my old Nolan flip up, After I get the helmet on it's quiet and comfortable, the peripheral vision is pretty good, and the quality is very good for the price. 3 1/2 stars

The cheek pads are very tight, but I think you have to break-in a really good helmet. I am very glad that I talked my wife in to getting it for my birthday. Seriously, I am happy with it and would recommend it always. I would like more air flow, but find this in all that I've tried.

I could not be more pleased with this helmet.
I have an AGV Dragon helmet (3/4fit) that I use for local short rides; however I wanted the full face protection for longer touring rides. That’s why I ordered this model.
The fit (medium) for me was perfect after wearing for just a couple of hours.
With the visor down, the noise is not a factor.
I really enjoy the option of the full face down protection as well as being able to flip the chin protection bar up in order to converse.
Visibility is excellent.

Fit and Size
I like the helmet a lot and it seems like a great value. It fits my relatively round head perfectly. On the issue of size, I found that a size large fits me, whereas most other helmets (HJC Symax I and II, Arai full faced, Shoei Multitec) I tried on required an extra large, and this agrees with the information in a review I read on webBikeWorld's site. But curiously, others apparently have had an opposite experience with the sizing of these helmets. Maybe people with longer shaped heads are requiring larger sizes?

Good helmet, bad strap
The helmet is a good modular type but lacks a drop down sun visor. Wind noise is bearable when looking forward, but picks up considerably when you turn your head into the wind. It has channels built into the padding to accommodate eyeglasses which is good. It also has plenty of space in the ear sockets to accommodate headphones. The helmet comes standard with a quick release buckle, but adjusting it to fit is a major pain. Luckily one need only perform that onerous task once. I'd get another of these if the need arises in the future.

Nice helmet and a great value
This was my first purchase of an AGV helmet, and my first purchase of a modular helmet as well. I am quite impressed with the fit and finish of the helmet, especially at this price point. It is a bit snug, but has loosened somewhat with wear. I've worn the helmet only twice, but am more than satisfied with it. Looking forward to really putting it to the test. The only observation I have is that it would have been nice to have an integrated sun shield. But, for the price - I am absolutely not complaining. I recommend the AGV Miglia to anyone looking for a great value and great helmet.

Like the helmet a lot. Been wearing Nolan E100 for years. Bought one size larger per recommendation of blog providers and it works good. Now that I have about 2000 miles on it, it seems to be breaking in well...a bit noisy, but I wear ear plugs. Like the one hand quick release, although I do have to remove my winter glove...but hey, it ain't a bad thing. Good weight, like the fit and finish and the ventilation ports. Shines up good. What can I say...I like it!

The biggest problem with this helmet is the cleaning of the shield...impossible to do without demineralized water! Forget cleaning bugs on the road! Shield fogs unrepairably!

Not great, but good
This Italian made helmet is supposed to fit differently, and it does. I like the close and snug fit. Seems to handle the wind and buffeting better than others. Seems well balanced and not top heavy. Not the most quiet helmet around, but I have found some re-usable ear plugs I like that I should have been using all along. Never really wanted a 'modular' helmet before, but the price and name brand were worth a shot, glad I did. Good helmet.

The in-helmet air flows is stupendous, its really cool when you take in a big breath. CONS: snugly, yet once you break it in very comfy, aahh a tad bit noisy.

Great helmet! A bit snug at first, but loosens just enough for comfort while still staying secure. Face shield and flip-up chin protection has all the benefits or full-face protection with the convenience of half-helmets. Ventilation is also good, even in summer heat. I liked it so much, got a second for my boyfriend who never used to wear a helmet, but does now. It's great looking, comfortable and provides best protection available.

OK, but...
I bought this helmet because I wanted the convenience of a flip-up, but I also wanted a quiet helmet. Well, I guess one out of two ain't bad. Some reviews I've read about this helmet said it was quiet...others said not. It's not. I guess I'll have to put up with earplugs-- again. I still give it 4 stars though, because the fit and finish it really good. The closing mechanism works well. And you can't hardly beat the price. Oh yeah, heed the advice of previous reviews, order a size larger.

Miglia Modular Helmet
This Helmet is much quieter than my last. It fit very snug when I first got it but I've put around a 1000 miles on it now and it fits a lot better now. My biggest complaint about his helmet in how close it is to your face. Over all I am very happy with the product. The face shield almost never fogs and peripheral vision is very good.

It is a little snug initially but the longer I wear it, it seems to be conforming to my head. My chin bumped the front but now that seems to be improving also. I like the way you can flip it up to talk to people, and also cool down a little while riding and the sun starts to heat you up. I feel that I have a good product for the price.

Looks: very good looking lid.

Convenience: easy to put on with glasses on but I take glasses off before I take the lid off.
Others: a bit noisy on the HWY compared to one-piece helmets.

Overall pleased with the helmet, but a bit snug. To be completely satisfied should have ordered at least a XXL instead of XL. Front of helmet rubs my chin.
Should have note on helmet size they run small. I normally wear a Large or is some cases XL.
