Spencer Spanaway,  WA Get what you pay for.... Wanted a modular helmet but couldn't afford most of what is offered by other brands, so I went with the AFX. Out of the box I was disappointed by two things. The cheek pad on the left side had come unattached from the shell, and you could see it was originally hot glued in....and not industrial hot glue....this is like my wife’s craft glue for scrap-booking or some such nonsense. The other issue is that the top edge of the plexi visor has a gouge in it...like someone screwed it up going through the band saw. Fit isn't bad, but it is noisy. The best feature is that I can not make this thing fog up! Anyway...we get what we pay for. I would not purchase again, and would not recommend the helmet to others.

Bob Jamestown,  CA Dissapointed I am going to try and stick it out with this helmet, but the wind vibrates the face shield terribly. Should not have gone with a cheap helmet. Everything else seems to be ok, except the noise. Very annoying!

Walter Anderson Angleton,  TX AFX - FX-28 Solid Helmet Helmet does run a little small as expected. However, the mechanisms that deal with the flip up don't work as smoothly as it should. It seems that I have to use two hands and struggle with it to get it closed after it has been open to its fullest open position. I get by with not opening it up all the way to make it work more like it should.

Josh Eudy Troutman,  NC Pretty Good First Helmet For the price, this isn't really a bad helmet. It fits really well. I would be happier with it if it blocked the wind flowing under the chin; it seems to keep a steady flow blowing into my left eye. However, I am riding a naked bike with no fairing.

Xong Corpus Christi,  TX Nice Features Good priced and a lot of features, vents come in handy. Only complain is the size, ordered one size larger but still tight in the area above the ears and temple.
