Good option if you can't afford a stand

The instructions say to place it in front of the tire then slowly ride it over the roller. it's not a good way to get it up there since the tire just rolls off before it gets to the center. It does make it easier to roll the tire and clean the chain and it's $60-$130 less expensive than a stand, but otherwise a stand is going to be your best option. If you don't have the money for a stand, then this is a very good alternative, otherwise just buy a stand. Does it do what it advertises it does? YES! Easy to use? Yeah, it's pretty good. Inexpensive? YES! Recommended? If you're limited on funds, YES.

It does the job

Got tired of working on my chain then moving the bike a few feet. This product is rather easy to setup and use. I use rubber gloves when cleaning my chain so it is easier to grip the tire and move it a little to move the chain for service. Tried to move the tire without gloves as an experiment and it was quite difficult. Use gloves and it will be easier...not easy but it works and beats the alternative.

Rollastand

I purchased the Rollastand to make it easier to clean and lube my chain. It works perfectly for that purpose. Just wish I had bought one sooner.

Excellent Tool

Alright, I never expected this to be as useful as full front or rear stand, but I also didn't expect it to work this well. I bought this (red) stand so I could clean the tires and lube the chain on my 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6-R, and it's perfect for what I need. I can turn the tire with little effort, it seems sturdy when sitting on the kickstand, and cleaning the tires is a breeze.

Great Low Cost Option

This is an inexpensive, low cost option, that will allow you to clean and lube your chain. It makes tire inspections easy and its compact size makes it easy to transport.

Seems to work...

Read the reviews but ordered anyway for my '94 CBR900RR...mainly for an easy way to check air pressure and clean the front wheel w/out having to roll the bike all over the driveway. Back wheel is supported w/ a rear wheel lift so easy to pull the front wheel up onto the Rollstand. The wheel doesn't turn as easily as I'd hoped but it does work and solves the problem. "3" for durability as it's new.

Unable to turn wheel

I really liked the idea of this. It was kind of tricky to get the bike onto it, but I thought it would be a good way to clean and lube the chain with no rolling. Unfortunately, all my might moved the wheel only a few centimeters. Even my 6'2", 200 lb muscled boyfriend wasn't able to turn the wheel without extreme effort. My bike is a 550-lb cruiser, so maybe this would work better for a lighter bike. I am returning it.

Good product

I live in an apartment complex and don't have space for lifts or stands to lube my chain, etc. This product works great. It's small so it's easy to store in the apartment. I've experienced very little lateral tire movement while using the rollers. Just what I was looking for since my bike doesn't have a center stand.

ROLLERSTAND

Idea.. Someone somewhere create a real nice lift stand 4 a sport bike that would solve everything! Any way i use my rear stand then just lift the front tire onto the roller stand, i can move the wheel to clean and that solves not having to buy 2 stands front & rear to clean the bike so it works, i like the bike completely level, & can’t stand using 2 stands to clean, lube etc.. I want a lift that i can take with me everywhere as i trailer my sport bike everywhere & love 2 keep that chain clean!

Hardline -Rollastand

Top notch. Sure, you have to be careful getting in on the stand, sure you need a block of wood under the kickstand. But with two bikes, I am now cleaning chain and wheels after every long ride--something that wasn't happening when I had to push, clean, push clean, push spray, push spray. So I think it's very handy-and feels sturdy.

Works great for detailing

This is a good product, just don't try to use 2 at a time (front and back). But 1 tire at a time it's great for getting the grim and road dust off those rims or for lubing your chain in the back.

Hardline - Rollastad

I have a Suzuki Burgman 650 Executive. It was such a pain to reposition the front wheel time after time while cleaning it until I bought the Rollastand. Now I can put the front wheel onto the Rollastand and with just one hand turn the front wheel (with ease) as much as I want. The workmanship of the Rollastand is superior and it does everything as advertised. Great product!

Hardline Rollastand

This item barely works. With the weight of the motorcycle on the rollers the tire barely turns. This may work better with a bike on a center stand, but on a side stand it's bad. You will be struggling to turn the tire by hand. A larger roller diameter might help, but manufacturer's don't seem to get it in the design of these rollers. The roller will only turn easily if it's perpendicular to the tire at the point of contact. With two rollers separated by a space, neither is perpendicular to the tire if they are parallel to each other, leading to friction between the tire and roller.

Discount Wheel Stand

Not wanting to spend 3 times as much for a proper stand, I bought the Rollastand & after propping the kickstand of my '08 ZX6R on a piece of wood and began lubing my chain. It’s clear that a more expensive stand would allow easier access / less wheel 'travel' than this product but for the price, this worked out great.
