I absolutely LOVE this!!!

This jacket is fabulous!! It's like 3 jackets in one. You can wear any of the layers alone or wear them all together or in whatever combination you choose. Sizing is a little small - I wear a 2x in regular shirts and jackets. I ordered this in a 3x and it fits perfectly. I have an "apple" body shape and I love the way this fits me. I like that it's short - I don't have to worry about trying to get it under me while riding or it bunching up because I couldn't. I like that I have protection at the shoulders, elbows & back. I feel a little safer riding. I will probably be ordering the pants that will zip to the jacket very soon. Thank you, Olympia!! There aren't a whole lot of choices out there for plus sized women and I really appreciate that you've made this jacket in my size!!

Olympic switchback

Love the jacket for the most part. Would like to see a few changes. Lining sleeves need to be snapped or hooked to hold lining in place when you remove your jacket.

Happy with Jacket

Based on my the size chart and the fact that I am a solid size 3x in most other US based clothing I ordered a size 3x. It is a little snug, especially with all the liners in. The armor is in the right places. There are strategic elastic and zippered bellows and velcro that allow the wearer to adjust the jacket to different body types and different liner configurations. It has been in the mid nineties most of the time since I have had the jacket and was never too hot while moving. The velcro on the arms that is used to stabilize the elbow pads and the velcro on the waist sometimes catch each other. The pockets are small so not going to put much in them. A well built jacket that is going to last for many years.

Quality and function with some fit issues

I didn't get what I was after, an all mesh jacket for ultimate breathability which this does not have. But the winter lining is thicker than any other I've seen. I was warned that the collar ends are too high and they do get in the way a lot. The quality is certainly there and it fits and functions well enough to keep until I find something perfect.
