I was disappointed in the fit, not true to America sizing and they were too snug for my feet.

Decent Leather, Terrible Fit

I'm 6'0", 168 pounds, and typically wear a size 12 shoe or boot... nothing unusual about my feet - very "average" arch and width. These boots seemed nice in construction, but very thick from the bottom of the sole to the top of the upper over the shifting surface. So, beware... you might need to adjust your shifter lever or foot position to execute a shift. The leather seemed to be of decent quality. The fit on these was strange. I ordered a 12, but these were definitely too tight front to back, with my toes rubbing, and the width was too wide - and I had on a pretty heavy wool hiking sock with lots of padding. I put on a thinner sock, and... still too short front to back and WAY too wide now. The sole (in my opinion) flexes too much. It's plenty thick, but not stiff enough... and yet, I still felt like I was wearing Ski Boots or Frankenstein Boots...

Field Armor 2 Boots

Basically skiing boot. To hot for anything but cold cold weather. Fit is great, boot is tall and will have to adjust clutch lever. Can be dangerous if not used to it.

WORKS FOR ME!

I HAVE ONLY WORN THE BOOTS ON THREE OR FOUR RIDES. (600 miles?) THEY WORK FINE. I LIKE THAT THEY ARE LIGHT WEIGHT. YESTERDAY IT WAS 85 DEGREES AS WE RODE OUT OF THE SAN DIEGO MOUNTAINS AND THEY WERE COOL AND COMFORTABLE. I LIKE THE ANKLE SUPPORT. THEY FELT A LITTLE ROUGH AROUND THE ANKLES AT FIRST, BUT SMOOTHED OUT AFTER A FEW RIDES. SEVERAL YOUNGER FOLKS HAVE COMMENTED ON HOW "COOL" THEY LOOK. I BOUGHT THEM TO USE WITH MY CAN-AM TRIKE, BUT DUE TO COMFORT LEVEL HAVE BEEN USING THEM WITH MY HARLEY. BE CAREFUL ON GRAVEL SURFACES AS THEY DON'T HAVE LUGS ON THE SOLE. I DON'T REALLY KNOW ABOUT DURABILITY, BUT LEFT IT A 5 AS THEY LOOK WELL BUILT.

Better than boots

Great riding shoes with support as good as boots. They are light weight also. My only complaint is the velcro strap don't bend back far enough, it gets in the way while tying up the laces. Other than that a great buy.

NICE BOOTS SO FAR

These are my first true motorcycle boots. I am used to riding in regular leather just over the ankle boots. I did order a size up from my casual boots. Right out the the box the boots fit nicely except the toe box was a tad tight it seems to have loosened up a little but if you have big wide toes, be warned, the toe box is a little narrow. I have probably put a little over 100 miles on them so far. They are comfortable on the bike, not too stiff and comfortable enough to wear off the bike as well. I dont take a second pair of shoes to work, I just wear these boots all day. hard to judge durability but everything is double sticked and they seem like the should last a good amount of time, and for the price they are a great casual commuter boot with decent protection. The tread on the bottom doesnt seem very deep so i might be slightly concerned about that wearing out too quickly. The only other issue I had is they dont seem to fit well over jeans, I ride with the jeans over them but then the reflective strip might get covered up unless you roll your jeans a little. I do have a slimmer pair of jeans that do fit inside but it makes the boot pretty tight around the calf, and I have slim to average calves.
