customer service rep.

This Bluetooth unit is simple to install and very easy to use. Works well with direct winds or windshield coverage. But we got the Nolan 104 helmet so it's a perfect match for communicating as an intercom or using for a phone conversation. I haven't installed the radio channels yet but I know they work well also.

Awful instructions, third grader could have done better. I could not find OEM phone number for help. Finally got it to work.
