no break in required…very soft leather. I love this jacket. Very cool in hot weather. You won't believe you're wearing leather in 85 degree heat.
Wont keep you warm in cold weather but I wear a thin leather jacket on top to block the wind and it's doable if you layer accordingly. I paid $400 and it's an amazing jacket….for $600 I would say it's a good/average jacket. The brown color is slightly darker than I expected and was hoping it would be slightly distressed but time will take care of that.
I finally started wearing a real motorcycle jacket after 25 years of riding!
If you guys don't wear gloves like I used to…try Icon Stealth gloves…they actually fit like a glove.
Looks good. A bit boxy in feel and likely will get better as broken in. Nothing too cheesy and no big logos on it so I am happy. Armour is easy to take out. The liner isn't anything special. Fits as sized I am typically an XL and 46 suit size and the XL jacket was right for me.
Not sure what the last reviewer from Miami's problem was with the jacket but I couldn't disagree more. My Roland clash jacket is made with top quality leather inside and out. It's a super sturdy build with amazing design details. I own a dozen bike jackets but this is by far my favorite. Sure it could be cheaper but it's really comparable with other high end brands. If I could make one critical comment it would be "did you really think you were going to sell the red model!"
