Comfortable riding jeans

They come a little long. I had to get the length altered. Waste size is correct. Very cool denim pattern. I love them. Time will tell if they were worth the 100 bucks; I think they will though. It appears to a good quality pair of jeans.

Very comfortable but need more protection

I got these pants for riding in warm weather because my normal motorcycle pants are very heavy. I have a 33 inch waist, so I ordered the size 34 and they fit as I expected, a little loose, but fine with a belt. The legs were two inches longer than I expected, so I had them shorted by a tailor. The material is medium weight, very soft denim. On the whole, they fit loose and baggy and are very comfortable for sitting and walking. These are not skinny jeans. The style is exactly like the picture. My only complaint is that there is not much Kevlar protection. Just a couple of patches over the knees and the seat. I would prefer to have more coverage over the hips and thighs. There are no pockets for knee or hip pads. Compared to my regular motorcycle pants, these jeans are cool and comfortable, I'm not sure they will help much in a crash. They are only slightly better than regular jeans.

Slight Sizing Issue, but good.

The other reviews are correct, sizing can be an issue here. I consistently wear 36 waist and 34 length. That's what I ordered here. I noticed that the waist was a bit tight, but still wearable. The length was a bit long as well, but I suppose that necessary when in the riding position. The only issue I had was that the main button popped loose after the second time I wore them. It was obviously not secured down well enough initially. I still had both parts so with my trusty hammer I was able to reattach it. The jeans look good and seems like they would offer some protection. I like them overall.

If you live in Canada dont buy

Pants are fine bit baggy but OK other than that. Just like normal jeans but with a bit more protection. I live in southern Ontario in Canada and paid stupid amounts for shipping, border fees and dollar conversion. A $99 pant cost me almost $200. Don't make the same mistake.

2nd time buying these pants

As much as it shames me to say this, I can't fit into the 32/32 pair I had before without having some serious muffin top and that's just unacceptable. And uncomfortable. So I bought new ones. Great jeans. The only drawback is that with the weight of the material and the proximity of your legs to the engine, you're likely to get quite warm quickly.

Great Riding Jeans, Odd Sizing

These are comfortable and have some stretch. Pretty much the same as riding in a normal pair of jeans, as far as heat. I dinged them down one star for appearance and fit. I normally dont wear boot cut. Also, my pant size hasnt changed in about a decade- always 36-32. I pulled a 36-32 and tried them on and they were more like a slightly snug 36-36. Way long! I went with a 36-30 and the length is good with a pair of boots. Good purchase. Just be careful on the sizing.

Your Draggin Jeans

I bought the original Draggin' Jeans 8 or so years ago. I thought these would be very similar. Boy was I disappointed. They are too short in the waist, the fabric is too thin, there are too few belt loops and the only thing right was that the waist and length were correct. What a waste of money!!!

Great pair of protective riding jeans!

Bought two pairs to try. 36x32. Fit's right on and the kevlar re-enforced areas are right where you need them. Really comfortable both riding and simply wearing. Great on the bike or just walking around. The look is very sharp and the cleaning of them is easy. Really happy with the pairs purchased. 5's across the board from me.

Awesome Jeans!

They look bad ass. Fit true to size. They are on the slightly baggy size, which I like, as they are very comfortable on the bike. Wouldn't want a riding jean too much tighter. They are not that hot, have ridden them in 90's and low 100's temp range and not over heating in them. They even have a nice stench to them letting you know instantly these are not designer jeans, but bad ass motorcycle jeans with Kevlar! Haha! Overall, very happy with my purchase and would recommend these for anyone looking for riding jeans.

good stuff

I thought the denim would be at least slightly thicker than my normal jeans but no, it's about the same. The Kevlar patches were nice and thick though. I've taken a dive at low speeds in plain denim and if could afford it I'd get jeans fully lined with Kevlar from waist to ankle. These will be quite a bit better than my plain jeans though. Bought the same size as I normally do and they fit great.

Nice riding pants

The pants are very comfortable and look good. Like some of the other reviews say that you can really wear them all day and can't tell that its a riding pant. The fitment of these pants are a little small. I wear 32 to 33 on regular pants and decided to get 34's on these pants and they are right on the mark.

Pants!

As jeans go, with all of the additional stitching and the fact that the blue is quite dark, I can't give it a five star in appearance but they still look like normal jeans. I picked up a 32x32 and the waist was a bit tight so I'd say that the length was totally on point but the waist seemed a bit tight. I normally wear a 31x32 and the extra inch typically requires a belt. Not so in this case. I've worn a lot of Kevlar in my day. The "padding" in these jeans isn't a hindrance in any way. These jeans are extremely comfortable (see fit above to make sure you get the right size) and I'd be totally at ease wearing them anywhere that jeans are appropriate. For less than a hundred bucks a pair of Kevlar reinforced jeans in traditionally high impact areas, especially a pair that is this comfortable, is a total win. I hope I never need the Kevlar, but if I do, I'd rather replace 90 dollar jeans than get a giant skin graft on my arse.
