Great buy!

I was in need of a rainsuit for a road trip I was getting ready to take. I read some reviews and for the price I took a chance and bought the FLY rain suit. I am glad I did. I left Kansas City heading south to Oklahoma. I ran into some rain in Topeka and pulled over under an overpass and put them on. They went on easily, just took a little caution when I put my boots thru. I proceeded to ride for the next 3 hours in a torrential downpour. I finally pulled over in Pond Creek,OK. and was able to remove the suit. I was completely dry from my head to my feet. Great suit and I plan on trying your Trek 4 soon.

Small

Suit runs very small. I ordered a 5x and it is the size of a 1x.

It is a $79.00 rain suit -- you get what you pay for

When I looked at the suit it had all the right stuff taped seams over flap on jacket straps on the pants large opening at the bottom of the leg. The first one I had soaked me in the chest area. I returned it for a second one thinking it could just be that suit. The second one did the same thing. I will return it again for something else. I was surprised that a BMW shop would sell it. In the star rating there is not a category for performance.

You can do better

This rain suit failed to keep me dry on the only two occasions that I used it. The first time was in some very heavy rain, so I gave it another chance. Once again I arrived very wet. I don't know why, but this stuff just doesn't do a good job of keeping me dry. I can understand a little moisture, I don't expect to be 100% dry, but both times I was completely soaked, especially on my upper body. By the way, my pants also ripped while taking them off.

Take your boots off

On my first use of this kit, I ripped the pants, just above the leg zipper and without much effort. The garment is otherwise ok. It did not rain for long enough for me to find out if it was water tight, luckily for me I had bought it on sale, at a very cheap price. Motorcycle Superstore had delivered it ahead of the prescribed timing, great store.
