motion pro tire tool

This is an excellent tool, although I think all of the tire tools are a bit pricey considering they are a chunk of formed and heat treated steel. I wished I had two of them because you need two to mount a tire correctly. Anyway saved me 5 bucks having it mounted at the tire store.

16 Inch Tire Tool

Just what I was looking for in a tire tool. Have already used it to fix a flat on my Honda elite 80 scooter. With two of the tire tools, it took me no time to get the tire off the rim and the tube fixed. Very strong and durable. Will recommend them to every one I know.

Motion Pro Tire Tool

The cost to purchase and change motorcycle tires can be as expensive as changing a set of 4 tires on a car. The Motion Pro Tire Tools made the task quick and easy. Tool will last a lifetime!

Motion Pro - 16 inch tire tool, the only choice for changing motorcycle & 4 wheeler tires

I had some conventional tire tools that were very difficult to get motorcycle tires on and off. The Motion Pro's are curvatured perfectly around the tire to make this easier and also helps prevent marred up rims (with addition of an old cut up tube to put between the tool and the rim). The first time I used (I have 3) them it took me half the time and appeared to be less harsh on the tires. Quality of the tool looks to be very high, a must have if you change your own motorcycle tires.

Works great!

I bought these after checking out some cheaper ones and went with these. Nice length for prying the tire bead. Used these to change tires on 2 bikes so far, they have already paid for themselves. It should last my life time.

Have to get more than one!

Kind of silly that they sell these things individually as you really need at least 2 of them in order to get a tire off. I also found it very useful to use just a little bit of tire soap and a cut up spray bottle (as rim protectors) in order to dismount and mount the tire. Otherwise, the curved section of the Motion Pro tool really seemed to help this tire-changing newbie out.

Motion Pro - 16" Tire Tool

The 16” Motion Pro tire iron is the weapon of choice for difficult tire changes. The extra length and shape will give you the leverage you need. The iron is well made and has a somewhat rough finish so you can retain your grip even when it’s covered with tire lube. It's a 5 star tool. I decided to buy a third one to complete my set. Mind, this is a shop tool. If you're changing tires on the road this will be a little too long to pack easily.

Motion Pro - 16" Tire Tool

I bought two, should have bought 3. It would be nice if they came with some scuff protection because if you’re not careful you'll scratch your rims. I used electrical tape wrapped around the areas against the rim and that worked fine. Good levers.

The Right tool for the Job

This tire iron works on Quad wheels dirt bike tires and I even changed a set of tires on a 2006 CBR 1000. Great tire tool.
