Better over time!!!

I purchased two pair of the Drayko jeans last year so I would have them for this last summer. I got the Drift and the Renegade style. I take a size 40 pants and after reading many reviews I got the Drift in 40 and the Renegade in 38 and they both fit perfect. I did have to get them taken up a few inches in the length. I ride both Harley's and Enduro road bikes and these jeans are great. Not really to hot in the summer and they do keep you a little warmer in cold weather. The material stretches and is very comfortable when riding. I would defiantly buy more of these jeans if and when they wear out. My only complaint is that there are pockets for knee pads but when I called Drayko to get some they said they didn't make or sell any. Why have the pockets then? The pockets also sometimes when putting your leg in catches your foot and you have to reposition the pockets so you can put them on without issues. Other than that they are a good investment just in case you do ever hit the pavement. I've had several friends go down over the years and all of them would have been much better off with protective clothing.

Drayko Jeans review All Five Star

I wore my new Drayko jeans on a four day from Temecula in So.Cal to Carmel on the central CA coast a couple of weeks back. Temperatures ranged from the low 50's on one morning to the mid 80's on the way up and back. I wore them the entire four days and the were comfortable. Like an earlier responder, I did not like the stitched Drayko logo on the back pockets, so had my tailor pull out the stitch. It left a darker blue die under the the removed stitches, but that should lighten in time. All in all they worked and fortunately I have not tested them on the pavement. cb PS: Drayko's are quite expensive, but I will likely get my money's worth in the long run.

Exceptional jeans

Like previous reviews, I too used the reviews for guidance on whether to purchase these over other brands. I had tried on other motorcycle pants of various price ranges from lower to higher and reviewed their various ratings and found nothing that could compare. As I live in western Canada I was reluctant to order these jeans unseen however due to the reviews raving on about them I thought I would give them a go. I am impressed how well they fit and the comfort level has gone past my expectations so far. I do not intend to slide around on my behind to see if they do stand up to their billing however it does give me some piece of mind knowing that they do protect the rider many times better than their counter parts do. I am going to order a pair for my wife which, I believe, speaks to how impressed I am with the Drayko Drift Jean.

Good Riding Jean - Pricey

Great fitting jean and worth the high price. I feel that my safety is worth the higher price. I highly recommend this jean, and would differently buy another pair.

Nice Jeans

I thought it was a bit of a gamble to buy jeans online without seeing or trying them on but i relied on the reviews and purchased them. After having them hemmed...i have a 30 inch inseam and hemmed them to 32 for riding...they fit perfectly and actually look good. I wear about a 38 and bought a 38....and they are super comfortable. I would buy them again...

Great pair of riding pants

The thing about these jeans is they really do look like jeans. Yes, they are long as others have said; however, if you are wearing riding boots (and, well, riding a motorcycle,) they fit perfectly and you will never notice the length. Even walking around, I don't notice they are too long. The only time I notice is before I have to put my boots on. These jeans obviously have more substance to them. Aside from the Kevlar reinforcement, they are also padded in the seat (not excessively) and are reinforced in key locations, such as the knees. I wore them on a 1,400 mile trip recently and encountered temperatures into the high 30s. Even without tights on underneath, they were warm enough, where ordinary jeans never would have been. I will say, though, that the rain I encountered got the cold through - if it's raining, you definitely need rain gear over these (but, after all, they are jeans.) I wasn't sure when I received them that I would ever wear them. Well, for this trip, I committed to it, and loved them. They performed exceptionally well. And, I took a hike in Arches National Park (3 miles) and they were not too hot. Great pant- I am now very glad I bought them. Highly recommended.

Tall Female with curves loves... Finally!

I love these pants. As a woman, I have found zero jeans to fit my 5'10" athletic, but curvy physique. Women jeans are too short; too tight in thighs; and flatten my butt like a pancake. I have a 30" waist and 41" butt at 5' 10". I purchased the size 32" and they fit perfectly. Loose enough for comfort on my R1; long enough; and plenty of room for my butt. I'll have tailor put some darts in for my waistline and wear a belt. Perfect jeans with awesome, smooth protective material that doesn't bunch at the seams. I put a patch over the huge stitched logo on both back pockets (just too much). I will never fret over tall jean sizing again.

Good deal

Like everyone has stated, waist size fits what you wear in other jeans. Inseam is long but I found it very comfortable when riding. Will buy again when these wear out!

love the jeans

Short of having pads on I prefer these jeans to any I have tried. The wife loves the way they look. Sizing is accurate (at least for me), 31 waist and ordered a 30 which fits perfect.

Drayko Drift riding jeans - good quality and perfect fit

Buying pair jeans that look good and fit well is never easy even when trying them on in the store, let alone seeing the picture and choosing the size for mail order. I was pleasantly surprised how well Drayko Drift riding jeans fitted, the quality and comfort wear is very good. The only adjustment was the length, other than that, highly recommend the purchase, good quality, fit perfect, fair value!

Nice Drayko

I like the appearance but don't love it. The front upper leg area is bleached out. Would rather have indigo and turn white with age. Also removed logo on back pockets. Waist size is right on, length is way to long for a 30 inseam. Having hemmed to 32. Very comfortable. Front inside pockets are kind of shorter than regular jeans. A little expensive but if they save you from getting scuffed up, well I 'am glad to have them.

Great Jeans!!

I use these jeans every day to commute to work and they are true to fit as regular jeans. The inseam is a bit long but perfect for riding. Have not tested it on a fall but I feel safe. Would buy again.

Great pair of riding jeans!

Pricey but worth it! Great quality and fit, finally a pair of riding jeans with a long enough inseam. A little stiff at first but once they break in they are really comfortable. I hope I never find out about their abrasion resistance but the CE label is a nice plus. Highly recommended!

Awesome pair of jeans!

The color is actually indigo. Also, the distress look is not over-the-top. Only con is the "D" logo on both of the back pockets. I took the time to remove them and now it has a clean, regular look. I was extremely happy that these jeans fit true to size. I also love that these jeans are low-rise - my preferred style. The inseam is about four inches longer than normal. In the riding position, there's no more high-waters.

I already owned a pair of Shift, so I decided to try the Dracos. I like the material better, lots of padding type protection. Sizing is spot on 32" true to size. The length was a different story though. I will have to have nearly 4" hemmed up on the legs. I have a 32" inseam. Other than these issues nice jeans.
