    Five stars all around

Perfect fit. Love the jacket. Looks great on and, of course, the Superstore was a dream to deal with online. Size is true to form for me. Looks great on.

    Love this thin

186cm and 88 kgs I got the large but will upgrade to the XL. Let me preface this by saying this is a great jacket and getting the clay at this price is a bonus. As everyone says it runs a little small and then smaller once you add the armour. Normally I'm a Large I need to upgrade to an XL in this one. The arms are long enough but the body is tight so has a tendency to ride up. Perhaps there isn't enough 'girth' in the large and going up. Us older men growing older.

    Looks Amazing, try it!

Got almond colored Ronin XL that was on sale. What a deal! I'm 6'1" and 185 lbs. and its a little loose so I added bulky armor. Got the fattest back protector and then cut it to fit so it would fill up my jacket. XL is great for layering in the fall.

Great jacket- You cannot go wrong with the Ronin!

Awesome jacket, the fit is great. I am 6'-170 and ordered a medium...a tad short at times but almost not worth mentioning. I looked at this jacket for about a year before I bought it, I wanted too but couldn't justify the cost. I ended up buying it and I am very happy with the quality and feel. I am glad I did and I will own it for many years to come!

    great jacket!

Got my jacket yesterday exactly when they said it would arrive. And I couldn't be happier, this jacket rocks! Fit is perfect. Of course I did order big; one size bigger as I read they run small. Glad I did because it fits like a glove. The finish and quality of this thing is incredible its worth every penny! The leather is very supple but thick and not constricting. Overall just an incredible coat.

    Don't waste your money

If they have the balls to charge the amount of money they are asking for this jacket, they damn well better figure out how to produce it better. Don't get me wrong, it's gorgeous. However, if you ride from bar to bar and don't actually spend hundreds of miles on your bike than this is your poser coat. Out of the box it lacks the attention to detail that a supposed famed motorcycle builder should have to produce a reliable product. I got the jacket through Motorcycle Superstore after a conversation with a Roland Sands representative. She told me the jacket was out of stock and that it was mass produced and I would be able to find it through other avenues. She was right on both parts. I found it in other markets and its quality showed that it was mass produced with little regard for quality. Torn pocket interiors, missing buttons made this the biggest purchase mistake in 2014. If this piece had proven a good investment, I was immediately going to turn around and purchase at least one more piece this season; may be more. Subsequently, I am sending it back. I have ordered and loved many high quality custom leather jackets from other small producers around the country with the highest quality for less cost. Mr. Sands has over extended himself and if he sells motorcycles with the same hap hazard intent as his gear, his fall will be as fast as his rise!

    Great High-End Jacket

My second "Ronin" jacket. Exceptionally nice-looking, well made, soft but durable, and great for Spring-Summer-Fall riding. Below about 60 degrees layer up. I am 5'11" and 190Lbs. and the XL fits perfectly with good sleeve length. When you add in the cost of the RSD "optional" armor, this is an expensive package. I think that it is worth the $$$, but if all that you want is thick leather for protection, you can find other suitable products for less.

    Roland Sands Ronin Jacket

I really like this jacket. Quality is excellent. I must be an in between size, as the large was too small, and the XL is a bit too big, but better.

    Great jacket

This is my first leather jacket. I got the small size and it fits me well. I am 5'11" and 142lbs. The sleeves are long which is what I needed. I like the attention to detail, the several zip pockets and finish. GF loves the color. Possibly a bit too expensive.

    Old School Style

I use my Bates for hard riding with full protectors that the Bates comes with but this new jacket has good quality leather and it is old school style. I use it on and off the bike and really like it for everything the Bates won't do. This one probably shouldn't be your only motorcycle jacket but it has the great style and timeless beauty of 40's 50's type jacket. I like it a lot. I got the Ox blood and black and it really turns heads of other cyclists on and off the machine.

    Truly A Beautiful Jacket

It’s a little expensive but it’s totally worth it. Don’t spend money on cheap things because at the end, you’ll go back and buy the expensive stuff that’s well built, you’ll always be happy with, and just looks great. I ride an Italian café racer and this thing represents. I love wearing it and the way I look in it. Be safe, buy the armor. It fits right in there and feels very effective. I’m a size 38-40 in suits but I tend to be a 44 in motorcycle gear. Went with a large and it fits great.

    Great leather jacket

This is an excellent jacket, very comfortable. It blocks the wind well so good for cold days but not overly insulated so good for hotter days. It's definitely a snug fit. I'm 5'11 and lean and the large fits me perfectly. I put the ICON D3O Elbow, and Shoulder armor in the jacket and it works great, no one even realizes the jacket has armor in it. I bought the Smoke color and get compliments on it all the time. It's a very unique piece.

    Great Jacket

This is a great jacket. It is extremely comfortable, provides great protection especially if you get the armor, and gets compliments all the time. The ventilation is excellent in the summer, though if you stretch your season out, you will need to layer a windbreaker under it. I am 6'2", 170 and a medium fits me perfectly.
