    Great tire

Purchased a set last year for my 2008 Super Glide Custom. Great handling wet or dry. Have 7,000 miles on them now and still have plenty of tread. Not like the original Dunlop that was slick at 5,000 miles. Just purchased a front tire for my 95 Electra Glide Ultra Classic.

    Commander II tires

The tires are very stable and hold the curves well. I have not ridden in rain yet so I cannot speak of how they will do in the wet conditions but I do know that dry traction is very good. I am just hopeful that the tread life is going to be an improvement over my Dunlop original tires.

    Buy Them

This 21" front tire handles quite well on my HD Deuce. I've always ridden on the Dunlops, but these are much better. Cornering is comfortable and safe. I would recommend these tires.

    Great Tires

Great ride when cornering and comfortable when riding at high speeds. Would recommend these tires over Harley's stock tires.

    I'll never use another brand!

I'll be getting my second front tire of this model and brand in a few days. The first one has lasted me 31,000 miles. I ride all year, in all weather and this tire has worked wonderfully for me. I'm 265 pounds so it's not easy on the tires. I've just got the second rear tire about three months ago and the first lasted 22,000 miles. With these numbers and the great prices Motorcycle Superstore has on them, how can anyone *not* want these tires on their sled? Thanks Michelin and thanks Motorcycle Superstore.

    2nd set

This is my second set of the Commander IIs for my Sportster and they are by far the best tires I have had on it so far. I got almost 20k miles out of the first set and expect close to the same from this set. They are smooth and have superb traction in both wet and dry conditions. They completely transformed the rideability over any other tires I have had on it. And I have been through several sets of tires seeing that I currently have over 48k miles on her.

    Great for most riding

I have had these tires for 5,000 miles now and corners very well, very quiet and is very sticky to the road. I rode on them for the first time in wet weather and wet roads and the tires don't seem to grip well during wet weather. Good tire overall just would recommend caution when the roads are wet. Have not had them long enough to know about tread life.

    great tire????

Does not last very long on chip and seal roads. In Arizona the windy roads, plus the chip and seal eats up tires. I would have been better off to purchase the cheap ones, that way I could have purchased 3 sets for the one I paid for.

    Michelin Commander II front tire

This is the second set of these tires that I have put on my FLHTC. I am well pleased with the handling, road grip (even in the rain), and the mileage- over 17K on the front and 16K on the rear. They still had a couple thousand miles left on them but my upcoming trip is around 6K. Don't know of a better tire out there.

Michelin Road Commander II rocks !

I put a new Michelin Road Commander II on the front of my 2005 HD Nightrain. I went with the widest 21 inch tire I could go with. It seems to grab the road really well, and corners much better than the previous Dunlop that was on it. I've been very happy with Michelin Tires, and won't buy anything else. It is a great tire.

    Commander II

Best tire I have ever had on the front of my Cruiser. I put it on before my ride to NC/TN to ride the Dragons Tail and I was not disappointed!!! The handling was superb, I was glad to have it on while we rode the 318 turns in 11 miles! Thanks for offering it at a great price as well.

    GREAT SO FAR

I only have 5,000 miles on these tires and I could not be happier with them. I see that many people state that they follow the grooves, but I disagree I don't even feel any of the groves or snakes in the road. I was caught in a downpour in the Smokey Mountains and had no problems. I have a Road King.

Michelin Commander II Cruiser Front Tire 2002 FXDWG

Had the Commanders 1 on my 2002 Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide before and had gotten over 10K miles on the front tire and the back tire still has plenty of tread on it. I liked the more aggressive tread design of the Commander 2 so this was an added bonus. Have put a little over 600 miles on this tire and has handled great in the corners. Have not ridden it in the rain so cannot help for wet traction. Do believe that these tires are well worth the money.

    Hate to spoil the party

I know everyone seems to love the new Michelin Commanders however, while I like the grip and stability you get from them my front tire has worn out in less than 10,000 miles. The standard Dunlop lasted almost 15,000 last time I replaced them. I am riding a 2010 Harly Ultra Classic. The vast majority of the mileage is free speed touring. Surprisingly the rear tire is fine, showing about 50% wear at 10,000. The front has about 3/32nd left
