Great Fix

I loved and love all of my FMF Shorty pipes for 2-strokes But liberal California requires spark arrestors to ride legally My RM 125 1995 Has no current applications, being so old, but this fit the bill. I'm just a bit disappointed in FMF they couldn't say one way or another if this would fit. Shame. All I did to retrofit, was cut offf original Shorty pipe amd install new silencer/spark arrestor. Voila, Cali legal

Installed on Ossa Pioneer

I installed on a 1972 Ossa Pioneer 2 stroke. Welded onto the original exhaust so it worked out pretty good.

FMF Turbinecore II Universal Spark Arrestor Silencer

I put this unit on a '69 Rokon Trailbreaker. Installation was very easy and all parts were as described and fit as I hoped they would! I am pleased with the quality of all parts included with the Turbinecore 2. The exhaust sound was throaty and not excessively loud, just right! Very good unit for the price!

"Universal" Spark arrestor

Stated that this would fit 80-125cc motorcycle-Lies, all lies! Inlet diameter close to 1/2 too big for post vintage yz80j. This actually ended up fitting my 1981 RM250x perfectly, unfortunately, I already had one for that bike. These work well and hold up to abuse. Scratch pretty easy but polish out with steel wool.

Spark Arrestor

I purchased this for a 1982 KDX 450, we figured some fabricating would be involved but to our satisfaction it slipped right on and now I barely even here it run!!

Works on a scooter

Bought this to replace the rusted-out, blown-out, factory muffler on a Kymco 250cc scooter. Was just a big tube. LOUD. This FMF fit up with little trouble. It is not nearly as quiet as the stock scooter muffler, but you don't need ear plugs either. Kymco muffler was $500, this one was $107, so I can't complain. Does need repacking every 2500 miles. Super service from Motorcycle Superstore.

FMF Turbinecore II

Great silencer, works really well. Had to fabricate a different stinger because my late 80s KTM has a left side exhaust. Sounds great, does the job well. Even has that sort of vintage look and matches the bike.

Couldn't ask for an easier install. Out of the box, one hole drilled and good to go on a 1979 KDX400.

I purchased this for my vintage Husqvarna 250 CR, to make it legal for trail riding. Fit up was easy, looks good, quieter than stock. Mounting bracket is a little on the whimpy side.

The answer to all my exhaust problems!!

I have a Honda Clone. I was ready to sell it and get a real bike. But I stumbled upon this silencer/spark arrestor. It brought me to legal db and looks awsome. The fitment took about an hour of playing around with what I had stock and the supplied parts I was able to ge it to fit even better than the stock pipe I had. I ride a Roketa MX200 for now. But FMF is the way to go. Especially in Cali with all the strict regulations on OHV.

Excellent product!!

I have a semi-vintage bike, a 1979 KDX-400. It was too loud even after re-packing the stock silencer. I found this Universal silencer and figured it should fit with some welding, pipe cutting, etc. When it arrived it was the same super high quality you would expect from FMF but the amazing thing it is slid right on with no welding cutting nothing!! I had to drill 2 holes in the supplied bracket and it bolted up perfectly!! I now meet sound requirements and have a high quality silencer that is easily re-packable. Super happy!!!

FMF Turbine Core II

Though the FMF Turbine Core II is listed as a 2 stroke spark arrestor, it's not a secret among the small displacement 4 stroke riders that it works great on these bikes also. It sounds awesome, opens up the breathing tremendously, mounts easily and saves a bunch of weight from the stock muffler. Most importantly, it's USFS Approved. A steal for the money.
