True fit and does the job keeping my wife warm

The heated vest does a great job of keeping my wife warm. The collar is great at keeping out the breeze. She hasn't complained about the controls being large and bulky, maybe because this is the only one she's had and is VERY happy that she has a heated vest. Overall, a great purchase for cool (or cold) fall riding in the north.

    A Must Have!

I have had my vest for over 5 years and always seem to need it in early am temps below 60 degrees. I usually only need the low setting after about 10 minutes on high. An unexpected bonus was the soothing warmth it provided to my sore back area while riding on a 5 hour trip! A great value for the price that packs up well and is always in my saddlebag.

Great Vest, Check The Sizing Chart

I've only been wearing the vest for the last couple of weeks, but I can tell you that it makes a huge difference on cold days. As other reviewers have mentioned, the controller that comes with the vest is a little big, and there isn't a really good way to mount it on your bike. The controller has a belt/pocket clip, and I have just been clipping it to my pants pocket. Be sure to check all the dimensions on the sizing chart. I am a big guy who likes the gym, and I had to go up 2 sizes to fit my chest, but the chart was accurate. The vest has a quality feel, and the seams are all well stitched. The wiring leads that come with the vest are well-made and long enough to allow for pretty much any bike/rider combination.

    happy spouse

Got this for xmas for my wife, as she rides her own bike, but is not fond of cold weather. Over 100 miles on new years day and she was very happy (35-45 degrees).

    Very Warm, Sizes run big.

Mine was just a little big. Rather than send it back, I took in the sides with safety pins and it fits perfectly now. The heated collar is what puts this vest over the top for me. I'm not big on accessories, preferring to spend my limited funds on riding. But this is one item I'm never sorry I purchased. Heats right up, warms my core, which increases extremity circulation warming my hands and feet.

    Tour master junk

Do not buy a Tourmaster heated vest. They work just fine, UNTIL the vest controller fails. They fail a lot and Tour master doesn't sell the controller and haven't for at least two years. Yes , they list a replacement controller for about 35.00.. been back ordered for two years now. My vest works fine if you can turn it on. W/O the controller it is junk. Buy another brand, Tour Master does NOT support their product.

Seems like a great product, works well but should be available with single controller, which I had to purchase due to the big clunky dual that came with it.

    great product

I ordered an XS as my chest is 37"and a 29 waist. I got it and it fit fine. I like the wiring harness and it works well adapting to a bikes wiring. The controller works well but is big. Nice option would be to have choice of the single controller instead. Test ride it was 20 degrees outside. The vest worked great! I was comfortable and toasty warm.

    Love it

Well I must say this jacket got some good warmth in it. El Paso doesnt get cold a lot but I dont really like the cold but I like to ride. Today the weather got down to the low 30's so I decided to try the vest. Kept me very warm, and did not feel any cold thru my body. Also I must say I wear a TOUR MASTER jacket but bottom line I can feel the heat thru that vest great. I recommend it.

Little Use so Far Quality Seems good but heat?

The finish of the vest is really good and I like all the thought that went into the wiring harness so that one control can work all the appeal. I haven't used the vest much but wonder if it can keep up with a very cold ride. There aren't a lot of pockets but I guess that is what an outer jacket is for. It is a little tight in the chest for me (medium vest for my 41" chest).

    HOT!!!!! AWSOME HOT

30 deg. Riding is not a problem. Of special note no special controller needed. The controller is able to control the vest & another item such as gloves or socks. Don't know about durability yet, but it looks & feels very well made.

    Great buy so far

Have only used this a few times but so far so good. I generally wear a Large, that's what I bought and it fits. If anything consider going down one size. I would probably find a Medium to be nice and snug (heated gear should NOT fit loose) but Medium would be too short on me. Considering the controller is included this is an exceptional buy. Heats up almost instantly and gets HOT, have never needed to use the highest setting. My Tourmaster gear has never let me down and I have a bunch of it!

Warm and comfortable but controls too bulky

The practical side is that the vest works well, fits well and hopefully it will last more than a season unlike other vest I have owned. However, the trollers is waaaaaayy too bulky and awkward. And, the instruction say that you cannot use any other troller such as a wireless product. Also there is no pocket on the inside to reduce the outward wiring.
