Tour Master Synergy 2.0 Heated Vest Liner With Collar

Stay warm and riding longer than ever with the simple brilliance of the Tour Master Synergy 2.0 Heated Vest Liner. Heated by a series of durable steel fiber heating elements, which generate safe, electronically controlled infrared heat, the steel fiber elements are lightweight, flexible and safe to operate in wet conditions. Each liner also features a temperature sensor which allows your vest to remain at a set temperature for the duration of a ride. It also serves as an emergency backup should your jacket get too hot. Combined with the I5A built in fuse in the wiring harness, you can ride in confidence knowing you are safe.

Tour Master® Synergy® 2.0 Heated Vest Liner with Collar is powered by a 12-volt electrical system.  No matter how wearers choose to use Synergy® garments, only one Synergy® 2.0 power lead wiring harness per person is needed.
  • Designed to operate in all weather conditions from a vehicle’s 12-volt electrical system
  • Warmth without bulk or discomfort, making for a safer, more enjoyable ride
  • Lightweight, flexible carbon fiber heating elements provide safe, even warmth
  • Expanding side panels help fine tune the fit and increase comfort
  • Synergy® 2.0 jacket and vest include a power lead wiring harness, dual rheostat temperate control unit, and a thigh-mounted leg band to attach the temperature control unit

**Note: Connecting Tour Master Synergy electrically heated apparel to any other power source besides your vehicle’s 12-volt battery will destroy the heating elements, void the warranty and may cause serious injury or death to the wearer. In addition, Tour Master Synergy apparel cannot be combined with any other brand of electrically heated apparel.

Synergy 2.0 vest

Recently rode over 2300 miles to Arizona Bike Week, rode in all weather but on the back we rode in 43 degree with rain. The vest worked very well and kept my core as warm as I needed. would recommend this vest to anyone.

Great winter gear!

Man, I followed someone else recommendation and purchased the vest instead of the full jacket. The vest is perfect! It kept my core adequately warm. I'm not sure if I could have even stuffed a full sleeve unit inside my jacket arms anyway. Even better, this vest makes for a nice piece of clothing to wear indoor after you arrive. It's decent looking.

Seven years and still going strong

I've had my two vests , one for passenger, for seven years now. I do the Daytona run to start my season. Very cold when we leave CT at 3:00 am. I think the lowest I've used it in is 10 degrees F weather. Body was very warm!! Hands were a little cold with just double gloves. I love the vest and all my passengers do too. I found rolling them up when not in use keeps the carbon wires in good shape. Gloves are my next buy.

Very happy with this purchase

Just did an Iron Butt Challenge that started out at 5:00 am with 40 degree weather and this vest kept my core warm. Although the riddling temps eventually warmed up I never turned the vest completely off, just down. Perfect fit and function. Very happy with this purchase!

True fit and does the job keeping my wife warm

The heated vest does a great job of keeping my wife warm. The collar is great at keeping out the breeze. She hasn't complained about the controls being large and bulky, maybe because this is the only one she's had and is VERY happy that she has a heated vest. Overall, a great purchase for cool (or cold) fall riding in the north.

A Must Have!

I have had my vest for over 5 years and always seem to need it in early am temps below 60 degrees. I usually only need the low setting after about 10 minutes on high. An unexpected bonus was the soothing warmth it provided to my sore back area while riding on a 5 hour trip! A great value for the price that packs up well and is always in my saddlebag.

Great Vest, Check The Sizing Chart

I've only been wearing the vest for the last couple of weeks, but I can tell you that it makes a huge difference on cold days. As other reviewers have mentioned, the controller that comes with the vest is a little big, and there isn't a really good way to mount it on your bike. The controller has a belt/pocket clip, and I have just been clipping it to my pants pocket. Be sure to check all the dimensions on the sizing chart. I am a big guy who likes the gym, and I had to go up 2 sizes to fit my chest, but the chart was accurate. The vest has a quality feel, and the seams are all well stitched. The wiring leads that come with the vest are well-made and long enough to allow for pretty much any bike/rider combination.

happy spouse

Got this for xmas for my wife, as she rides her own bike, but is not fond of cold weather. Over 100 miles on new years day and she was very happy (35-45 degrees).

Very Warm, Sizes run big.

Mine was just a little big. Rather than send it back, I took in the sides with safety pins and it fits perfectly now. The heated collar is what puts this vest over the top for me. I'm not big on accessories, preferring to spend my limited funds on riding. But this is one item I'm never sorry I purchased. Heats right up, warms my core, which increases extremity circulation warming my hands and feet.

Tour master junk

Do not buy a Tourmaster heated vest. They work just fine, UNTIL the vest controller fails. They fail a lot and Tour master doesn't sell the controller and haven't for at least two years. Yes , they list a replacement controller for about 35.00.. been back ordered for two years now. My vest works fine if you can turn it on. W/O the controller it is junk. Buy another brand, Tour Master does NOT support their product.

Seems like a great product, works well but should be available with single controller, which I had to purchase due to the big clunky dual that came with it.

great product

I ordered an XS as my chest is 37"and a 29 waist. I got it and it fit fine. I like the wiring harness and it works well adapting to a bikes wiring. The controller works well but is big. Nice option would be to have choice of the single controller instead. Test ride it was 20 degrees outside. The vest worked great! I was comfortable and toasty warm.

Love it

Well I must say this jacket got some good warmth in it. El Paso doesnt get cold a lot but I dont really like the cold but I like to ride. Today the weather got down to the low 30's so I decided to try the vest. Kept me very warm, and did not feel any cold thru my body. Also I must say I wear a TOUR MASTER jacket but bottom line I can feel the heat thru that vest great. I recommend it.
