Perfect...simply perfect

Exactly what the title says...perfect. Fits great, looks great, the 3 position sunshade is awesome...I have a very tall nose, so I can click it into position a little higher to accomodate my beak. Also has great airflow, and it's already set-up for the Chatterbox. As far as cost goes, don't buy a cheap helmet! You get what you pay for, and it's your HEAD for pete's sake! The quality shows in the details!

Love it

I am too lazy to spend the time writing what I like about this helmet, so I will just state that I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this product. Love it.

Love it!

Great helmet! Very versatile to changing conditions. Good airflow & control of it. Inside sun shade is great with or without sunglasses depending on brightness. Excellent fit & finish! I had intended on buying a different helmet at less money, glad I went in for the SY-Max 3, worth it. Very comfortable and secure.

Superb Helmet, love the convenience features.

I've worn this helmet the past three weeks. The on board sun shield and modular design make it easy to use for a guy wearing eyeglasses. The snug but comfortable fit makes me feel safe, KA forbid I come off the bike in an accident. Value wise, too, I think it's a good deal. m2cw

First Modular

Wanted to see if I'd like a modular. I usually wear Shoei but didn't need to spend $600 picked the HJC because it has a fiberglass shell like Shoei. It makes them lighter and sronger then poly. Fits perfect, wind flow is good, pin lock sheild a must in Florida, and the sun shade is cool. Don't think I even need the Shoei now. People say it has wind noice but every modular I tried does I ride with plug or the Ipod anyway. Great modular for the buck.

Good Modular

First modular thought I'd try one and didn't want to spend a lot. Choose the HJC because it has a fiberglass shell which to me is lighter and stronger than polycarb. Fits perfect comes with a pinloc sheild a must in Florida, wind noise but all modulars have wind noise it's a helmet not a hearing protector. Rides good at speed great air flow, good helmet at the $300.00 mark.

Not good

I purchased this helmet and went for a weekend ride. The good...loved the sunvisor. The bad...shield would not close evenly leaving an air gap along the bottom right side. Helmet is very noisy. I have had other HJC's and thats why I bought this one. Not a good fit.

Good value

I bought this helmet for my wife. Previously, she had a 3/4, open face helmet because she felt full face helmets were too warm. This helmet has good ventilation, the sunshield is a plus and it's lighter than previous versions. I haven't bought a Chatterbox yet but the compatibility was part of my decision to purchase this helmet.

Great helmet!

I live in New Mexico where we have desert heat and this helmet feels great in 90 degree weather. It's extremely quiet and the airflow is superb. Sun visor could be a little darker but it's great for on the go. It's very comfortable while wearing glasses. The sizing chart was dead on with me. Only problem is the chin strap. It's too close to the neck but that's a minor issue. All in all, this helmet is well worth the money.

Helmet head perfect!

Expensive -- yes. Great fit -- yes. Ventilation -- off the chart. Sun shade -- exceptional. I added an after market quick connect and solved everyone elses strap complaints. One of the better brain buckets out there.

Good all around Helmet

Fit is great, the strap does seem a little too close to the neck but only noticeable if tightened hard. The design allows plenty of room around the ears which is good because you will want ear plugs. My biggest complaint would be the wind noise is real loud. I cant compare to other modular helmets but compared to hjc standard full face helmets it is much worse. Air flow is great along with the other features of this helmet. I would buy this again.

Lots of wind noise

The helmet is good except that there is a lot of wind noise at high speeds I have to turn my radio up to almost max to hear through my head phones.
