I ride a Nomad 2003. In less than 2 years the battery died. Installed in JUNE 2010 Died March 2012. Leaked acid and eat a lot paint around my battery compartment. I keeped it hooked to a battery tender when I was not riding.
This was a 1 year battery for the FJR1300

Ordered this battery Feb 15th 2011, it died January 30th 2012. I can charge it enough to start the bike in the morning but by the afternoon the voltage drops to a point the bike won't start. Alternator is serviceable. Will not order this brand name battery again.

Battery was so easy to install they even gave you the oblong nuts to slide in the reciver end of the batt. My brother also bought a batt for his atc and was very happy with it.

The battery had been dropped in shipping but I did not want the hassle of returning it. It appears to work OK although the corner is flat. There was only 1 air bag in the box which had been popped flat and no other protection. Room for improvement.

I bought this battery to replace my factory battery which had died after 2 years. I installed it in a 2008 Yamaha R6. It fits perfectly in this bike. Other reviews will say that it may be a little small or misshaped. It is an exact replica of the OEM battery that comes with the bike. Its just made in the US and not Japan. Great battery too, starts the bike up no problem and starts it strong. Only had it for a day so we shall see how long she goes for.

BATTERY WAS A PERFECT FIT BUT THERE IS NOT MUCH ROOM TO GET THE NUT IN THE SPACE FOR IT. I ALSO HAD TO FILE DOWN THE NUT TO FIT. OTHERWISE I AM PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF ORDERING THE BATTERY AND INSTALLING IT. THANK YOU.

Bought for a 99 Yamaha R1, as it was recommended to fit the bike. However, once I tried to install it, the misfit became obvious. It works for the bike, but it is so narrow that the battery physically moves while installed within the compartment. Adjustments have since been made to keep it still.
