Sof Burbank,  CA Perfect Replacement The fit was perfect for my 2006 Yamaha R1. I purchased the 17 tooth 530 front to replace the stock size. I replaced the rear with a JT sprocket also and new chain at the same time. The front sprocket is actually thinner than the OEM Yamaha sprocket because it doesn't have the guide around the teeth. I am not using the sprocket cover although I don't see why it wouldn't fit back on the bike as there is more room than before with the OEM part. I like the sprocket exposed so I can inspect it. The sprocket has a quality finish and doesn't look cheap like some others. It is made of steel so it should last a long time, yet to see, but I will review this again next time I change the sprockets out. When fitting the chain (I used a 530 DID ZVM2 X ring chain) on the sprocket, it fit perfectly against the metal guide bracket that is screwed onto the block. Very happy with the end result. 10/10

Chris Foresman Leola,  PA JT - 530 FRONT SPROCKET This sprocket bolted up perfectly. I went up one tooth in the rear and down one in the front. A noticeable difference without sacrificing gas mileage and too high rpm's. Can't beat the price either!

james edwards enterprise,  AL cover modification The sprocket works great. Thanks for a good product. Anyone ordering this product should know that there is some modification to the clutch/side cover as the increase in size requires two of the screw journals to be cut off. This does not affect the clutch or stability of the side cover. No disappointments.
