Item Description

EBC's X-Series Carbon Graphite Front Brake Pads

For several years now this successful carbon graphite formula has been the choice of top enduro and moto-x riders for certain conditions around the world. The main advantage of this type of material is its lack of heat generation or conduction, which keeps both the rotor and caliper cool.

Top Enduro and Hare Scrambles USA riders prefer this material for fast and dry riding conditions. The material is also very usable for standard sport ATV usage. Also TUV tested and KBA approved for street use on enduro bikes.

Installed these on my daughter's Suzuki DRE200. Good for that size bike and fit was easy to install. Good value.

Installed on an XR650R and a buddy installed his on a DR350, we had the same problem. The pads only made contact with the rotor on the outer 1/4". Obviously the brakes worked horribly and the rotor was overheated. He was stuck with them for 1/2 of our 2500 mile trip, and they eventually bedded in, but never worked worth a darn. I removed mine in the first 300 feet of the trip and reinstalled the OEM HH pads that got me through the trip. I will never use these again.

These pads fit perfectly and were extremely easy to install. I hope they last much longer then OEM pads as they were toast after 4000 km's on my DR200. Highly suggest getting these pads.

I do not recommend these for a KLR650. The stock pads have much more bite. I was unpleasantly surprised that these require a four-fingered gorilla grip squeeze on the front brake lever to haul it down from speed. They also feel a bit spongy. The stock pads stop quicker and only require a two-finger squeeze. Perhaps these are meant for dirt more so than pavement.

The Wing has never stoped so good even when pulling a trailer much better than the org pads I removed, Can't really comment on durability as they only been on for only 1,800 Miles
