Simple but effective tool! For the price you can't go wrong, anyone who changes their own tires should give this gem a try. Have not used it enough to address durability factor but I was pleasantly Surprised at how easy it made fishing a valve stem on a rim locked rear tire for my Wr450.

This tool makes insertion of the valve stem a cinch and reduces the chance of a pinched tube. It is rugged and well made. Should be in every tool kit.
