shane hollywood,  CA good buy This isn't a super heavy duty lock,....but it's great for the cost. If you live in urban areas this is a good lock for temporary lockups (while you run into a store, etc.). I used this for my old Vespa moped, when I run into a store or something (just to keep people from walking away with it). Long enough to lock the bike, your helmet, and your jacket - all at the same time. I found the lock much easier to deal with, after I took 10 minutes to work the steel over with my hands, bending it inch by inch in the the opposite direction - in order to loosen the tension of the coils.
