Great, stout lock. Locking mechanism is smooth. This thing is military-grade. It's also heavy as an anvil so don't buy it as a portable lock but instead as a fixed unit where you park your bike regularly.

This lock is very heavy and gives me great confidence in security. As long as it's attached to something that cant be cut or removed, your vehicle is not going anywhere you don't want it to. This lock/chain were highly recommended by many other riders and was the main reason I chose Kryptonite.

This lock is like chaining a 500 pound anchor to your bike. If you’re looking for security, this is it. Not very portable though.
