Product Description
Bel-Rays Foam Filter Oil formula will ensure full engine protection and performance. Superior tackiness traps air filter dust, dirt and even water. Waterproof formula won’t wash out, gum or clog. Dark blue color makes it easy to see when filter is thoroughly covered and dries quickly so you'll be up and running sooner.

Used too much, I think
I saturated the filter with this stuff, then wrang it out but not an easy task. I'm used to 90wt.oil, I'm thinking I should have painted a coat of Bel-Ray on the outside of my filter, by the way I have a 1976 Honda MR175 Elsinor Enduro, that needs the carb cleaned. I would like some feedback or even better mfg.instructions written on the bottle so dummy's like me don't gum up their carbs.
