I used this on a 230 mile ride in NH. The ride was two days back to back with approx 115 miles per day. It worked great. The one feature that I really liked was the mouth piece because it delivers water with almost no effort. The reservoir holds plenty of water and there is plenty of room for cell phones, wallets, powerbars, etc.

This is a good piece of equipment to have when your hitting the trails.Holds plenty of water and room for keys,phone and some power bars.Fits well and works well,this was a good buy for me.
