Excellent system. Intercom range at up to 1000' (didn't actually measure). I prefer the earbuds over the helmet mounted speakers. I also had custom molded earplugs/earbuds. Provides much better sound quality as well as filtering out most road and wind noises. I listen to music while riding at an almost normal sound level (as if there were no outside noise). Easy linking to bluetooth devices and among (up to 4) other Sena units. So far, works well, but I have not tested it in the rain.

I haven't actually mounted this system yet. It was purchased for a replacement of the CARDO SCALA Q2 comm sets. I wanted to also get this headset kit, since I am now using some actual real In-Ear Monitors and have found out that THIS is the only in-ear/ speaker system that actually works, so I must have the mic kit that would accept this feature. Will review again after I take this system up on a four week trip to Alaska.

Complicated, but it seems (so far) to function very well. Still trying to sort out the listening (earbud vs. speakers) characteristics. A lot of wind noise in my helmet (I may need a new helmet) is a challenge. This particular mounting scheme provides better options for trying different listening solutions than the integrated permanently mounted microphone/speakers.
