I live in an apartment building, no garage, so my street-parked bike sits outside all year round. Rather than buying a new battery, since the old one doesn't have enough juice to start at 32F, I'm unscrewing my old battery every night of Feb and Mar and bringing it into my apartment to charge. Thus I'm using my old one for an extra winter with the help of this tender.
