When I ordered this mouthpiece originally, the wrong picture was on the site so I got the wrong one. I emailed them and told them what happened and they fixed the picture to show the correct mouthpiece right away. The exchange was one of the easiest I've ever done and the right mouthpiece arrived in a decent amount of time. The best customer service I've had in quite a while.
