rico ssf,  KS Light, but may want a bit more.. Does fine for protecting against anything that may impact the covered area, but after getting nailed a few times in the upper arms, you may want a bit more. But certainly light and easy to adjust. A good compromise between the full body armor and nothing at all, and as such will likely always wear it. I've owned the armor before and often rode w/o because of the cumbersome and uncomfortable nature of stiff plastic. This I will always wear, washable as well.
