Shift Flak Jacket
I bought this jacket on sale for $130 and it was a great buy. lots of easy accessible pockets, great fit and keeps the wind out and is pretty warm. Bought it as a Dual Sport Jacket for riding my WR250R around. I would buy it again especially for the price! The collar is comfortable and seals up nicely. All black and not too flashy but would like other colors available... Shift, in my opinion, makes pretty heavy duty stuff and the jacket is no exception. it is real nice quality and very functional. Lots of pockets!

Great, High Quality Jacket
Bought this jacket for cold weather riding and it is unbelievable. I am 6'-0" about 180 and size XL fit the way I like it with plenty arm length and comfort. Well made zippers, seals up tight, plenty of pockets and spot for your hydration system. I wore it without the removable vest in temps around 50-55 degrees and didn't feel even a slight draft at 60+ mph. Could easily ride in much colder weather with the insulated vest and a decent pair of pants- I can't wait to try it. Arms come off and go in their own pocket to convert to a vest. I hesitated while considering a lighter, packable coat that converted into a fanny pack, but am so glad I got this one instead as the built in vents and conversion features give you plenty of options for a wide range of weather. Shipping was quick enough once it was confirmed (a couple days later), and packaging was excellent.

Would Buy Again
Bought this jacket for my 6'5" boyfriend who loves to take rides on the dirt and street. The jacket and sleeves were perfect. Great jacket and great price. Would recommend this jacket for dual sport riders!

Excellent Craftsmanship!
Bought this primarily to use off-road, but also do short commutes and road rides. I had two requirements for a jacket: 1. Crash protection (abrasion resistance) and 2. Ability to use it in both cold and hot weather conditions. In both areas, this jacket excels! I LOVE this jacket; it looks cool and fits great ... lots of adjustment in the waist and cuffs.. Solid protector inserts in the elbow/forearm are. The vents work great for letting air in. Hey, it always gets hot when you're riding slow on the trail, but I would rather sweat more (oh, it's got a place inside the back to put you Camel hydration system) and not have to worry about scraping into tree bark, or running through a patch of thorny briar bushes. Very toughly constructed, best zipper design I have ever seen, lot's of storage. The removable liner is very warm in sub 50 degree weather with all the vents closed, have ridden in 87+ with the vest removed and all vents open. Will get really hot when riding in super slow technical stuff, but I like the protection. Now I am looking at the Shift squadron pants because I know that my jeans would not provide the same level of protection. Feels like it will last for many years. Buy this jacket ... you'll love it!

I looked high and low before I came across this jacket. Durable, warm (w/ waterproof vest liner) or cool (w/ many vents). Tons of pockets, good fit, great construction and a clean subtle style. I ride a dual sport and it feels like it was made specifically for it.

great jacket, best features
I hunted high & low before purchasing this enduro jacket. The waterproof zippers, vents, removable sleeves, and loads of pockets make this one hard to beat. It even has a removable vest liner for cold riding temps. Only having the jacket for a month, the construction seems very good and may be excellent, but I won't say that until more time has past.
