Quality seems very good. I (6.2 and 199lbs) chose an XL and wear an armor-jacket underneath the jacket. While the sleeves sit snug, at the torso the jacket is a little loose. I guess Size L wouldn't fit at the sleeves.

I got the xxl in the striped pattern and it looks great. I wear a xxl and was worried the biggest would not be big enough. I was wrong. If you are on the fence about this product, don't be. For the price, it is one of the best options out there. And it looks awesome! Especially with the pants which are also great. If you go hard for your money, then so should your riding clothes.

I travel for work and I am always looking for ways to minimize what I take. Being able to remove the sleeves and make a vest is perfect for that. Only thing I would add is two inside pockets.

It is waterproof, however the front zipper lets in entirely too much rain. One down pour and my entire front of my jersey was soaked. There is a flap the covers the zipper with a velcro closure but it does not do a proper job of keekping rain out. Great ventilation and good fit. Great for cool days, and the desert with a little sprinkle or rain. I would not buy this if I lived in a rainy area. If I know it is going to rain hard or ride during a monsoon, I would pick something else to wear.

This is well made but what a joke for fit. With no sizing chart to help I ordered a xxl and it was way too small and the sleevs are short. Dont wast your time and money if you are a big guy these jackets are not true to size and are made to fit skinny midgets.

I wore the Klim Latitude jacket and pants on my recent trip to the Patagonia region of South America. From torrential downpour to hot dry deserts and everything in between, this jacket / pant combo performed great. I ordered a medium and it was well fitted. I'm usually on the cusp of medium and large and I was pleased with the fit, but not much room for thick base layers. Highly recommended. A+
