RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTIES

At Motorcycle Superstore, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If an item did not meet your expectations, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return.

RETURN POLICY

Wrong size, wrong color - No Problem!

Return new/unused items to Motorcycle Superstore within 60 days of receipt and receive a refund for the item price paid. Shipping fees or costs associated with international shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Items which have been used or installed on your bike will not be accepted for refund.

Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

WARRANTIES

To report a Product Defect, Warranty Claim or if the wrong item was received please contact Customer Support and we'll gladly help resolve any issues.

TO BEGIN A RETURN

Review above criteria to ensure the item is returnable. If yes, you can begin a return here:

  1. Enter your e-mail address and order number, or enter your username and password to access your account.
  2. Select the order # from Order History that contains the item(s) you are wanting to return.
  3. On the Order Status page, select the item(s) to return and click "Return Selected Items"
  4. You will then have the option of printing a UPS label ($6.99), or return using your own shipping method.

PACKAGING RETURNS

Step 1.

Wrap item in protective packaging.

Step 2.

Place item & packaging in manufacturer box/bag.

Step 3.

Place manufacturer box/bag inside an appropriate shipping box.

Step 4.

Include a copy of return paperwork.

Step 5.

Affix pre-paid label to box. Drop off at any UPS location.
