Mileage sucks

I replaced the stock Dunlops with Exedra Radials on my 1600 Nomad. Rear tire was worn to the wear bars at less than 5,000 miles. Both tires are cupping. Tire pressures were kept to factory specs at all times. Every thing else about the tires are great. I'll chose a different brand for the next tires.

Exedra Max Radials in the rear.

This is a great tire. I have them on a 2006 Goldwing. So far they have 10,000 on them and still have tread. Rode to Grand Canyon to desert and up the Calf Coast. to Washington State. Then back down to the salt Flats a 7000 mile trip then back to Texas and home.

Bridgestone Exedra Max on Valkyrie

Great tire that rides well and firm on corners. I also have a Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad and run these tires on it. I run it a bit faster than the Valkyrie as its new to me and still getting use to it. Only wish I could get more than 6.5k miles on them, but they run out very good.

Mileage Is Awful.

I have used these tires on the front and rear of my 07 Yamaha V Star 1300 through two tire changes now and only got 4,000 miles out of the rear tire both times. The front has only gotten around 5,000 miles. Tried them twice, wasting money. Just got the Metzeler ME888 installed. More money but hoping for more miles. You get what you pay for.

So far so good. Only 1000 miles so far. Break in time was quick. Awesome traction. Hopefully I will be able to say the same about the tread life. Hopefully I can get 8k or more and I will definitely be buying again. Damn good tire!

Exedra Max Radial Rear

I switched to the Exedra for the front a few months ago, and have now done so for the rear as well. This tire rides smoother, and corners better than the Metzler it replaced (on both counts, the only thing left to see is if it outlasts the Metzler.

Valkyrie and now Nomad

This is the best for price. I didn't try higher priced tires cause these work on back. On front used cooler thread design.

Too Soon To Tell

I installed this on the rear of my Vulcan 2000, size 200/60x16. So far, this tire rides great and handles nice, but too soon to tell anything about Tread Life. The price was good, and Motorcycle Superstore delivered it on time as always! ;-)

This Bridgestone Exedra Radial tire has been great so far. I have noticed the bike corners better, and rides smoother. I have ran Exedra's in the past but this is the first radial. I am hoping for better mileage. I ride a 1600 Vulcan. Great price and service, and free shipping at Motorcycle Superstore.

Satisfied

I put this tire on the rear of my Honda VTX1800R and have been very satisfied, both riding single and with a passenger on back. Haven't been in rain or wet pavement however, I do not expect any problem with weather.

Joe

I have been riding on Exedras, front and rear, for over 35,000 miles on a Vulcan 800. I have replaced the front tire twice and the rear tire once. I have ridden in the dry and torrential downpours. It sticks in torrential downpours where it is raining so hard you can't see the foot-deep water coming until you are in it, in a curve. No hydroplaning. I forgot to read the sidewall for the recommnended PSI, so I was always 4-6 pounds under the manufacturer's recommendation.

Exedra Max rear tire V-star 1300

Just have a couple hundred miles through the mountains, but so far I have to say that the ride and handling, especially through some tough twisties, the tire has been flawless. I hope to get 8-9k miles of usable tread life out of the rear tire.
