    Excellent value

Excellent materials and workmanship. Robust armor in the knees and they fit well in the riding position. Baggy enough to fit fleece jeans underneath. Comes equipped with a zipper that can attach it to a First Gear Jaunt T2 jacket. Would buy again.

    Overpants vs. Seattle

I'm 6'2 @ 310lbs and the 48's fit comfortably. They're easy to put on and take off. The kneepads sag a lot more than I'd like, but I only notice when I walk around; when I sit on the bike they pull up to where I want them over the knee. Not sure what the pads will do when I need them the most but right now I'm dry and comfortable.

    Agree with the previous feedback

The knee guards fit a little strange - on the lower outside portion of the knee, rather than right on top of them. I am not sure it is a safety issue - it just takes a while to get used to. Other than that, I am glad they run longer than usual, since I have a 34" inseam and other overpants were too short.

    Riding pants

Great riding pants. I have a 29 inch inseam and the "short" size fits properly.

    Runs Big

I got the size 30 and it seems to be really long. Whats more, the knee pads, even when adjusted to the highest position, don't sit right on my knee. On my CBR with jeans underneath, it seems to bunch up and pinch in the gentleman's region.

The 'short' is a bit 'short'

I have really short legs (like barely 30 inches) but even the "short" version of the pants was a little short. They are OK, but just be aware. Other than that they are great, good quality and fit true to form. They may run a bit small on the waist size too, but it wasn't a problem for me.

    Nice trim fitting riding pants

I tried TM Caliber and HT Overpants. These were very bulky when the various linings were removed. These shell pants have a nice trim fit and may be a little snug if worn over heavy pants. I intend to wear the pants over shorts in the summer and a thin nylon shell in the cooler seasons, so they should work fine for me. These pants have a thin mesh type of lining to protect your skin from any seams or the roughness of the exterior fabric. The leg openings are just right to fit comfortably over my boots. There is a Velcro strap around the bottom of the leg to tighten the fabric down around the tops of the boots. The knee pads can be adjusted up or down so the pads fall in the right location when you are seated on the bike. I really like the overall fit. The quality of material and construction looks topnotch.
