Most Bang for buck

Comparable to ICON knee guard I used to have at one tenth of a price. Good feel for regular commute.

Echoing Ryan of VA

I also bought it for street use. It was roughly half of the cost of a comparable street model vest and seems way more protective. I like the hard exterior plating for spreading impacts. It fits great under my jacket and is very comfortable. Road riders, if you are looking for some extra protection over vital areas, this is a great pick up.

Sizing Tips

I'm 5'9", 160 lbs, medium/skinny build and am right on the line between large and medium/small. The large fits but if I weren't wearing anything under it I might be better with the medium/small. I like it, good protection, but the chest protector is too loose and can't be tightened well under the arms. Works ok with a small backpack.

Thor Force Knee Guard

Not as comfortable as I had hoped but I rode 100 miles the first time out on dirt roads and I only had small chafing. I certainly recommend a tall pair of socks to help eliminate this. They make me feel much safer than my "in the pants" D30 pads.
