great!

I have XL helmet, the larger insert fit perfect. It synchronizes with iPhone no problem. The charging pigtail is a little bit of a pain to tuck away, and has flopped loose once. The speakers are "adequate" quality. I wear earplugs and music/phone conversations are clear and volume is plenty. I gave up on radio reception, just prefer to stream podcasts, radio or music via iPhone. This purchase was worth it for me, as it's fitted to helmet with nothing hanging external, allows BT music streaming and easy phone conversation.

Should have stayed with Sena

Terrible communications system. Constantly drops calls, then won't disconnect calls and drops intercom connection with my wife's helmet (same system). Difficult to operate while wearing gloves. Cannot be updated with iMac. Finally, much too expensive for what it does. Like the title says; I should have stayed with Sena!

Schuberth bluetooth

works well for me and it's nice to be able to hear it over the road noise.

This system does not work well with the BMW audio system.

I experienced the same result as the gentlemen from Ohio, this system does not work well with the BMW audio system. Sometimes it pairs well and works well but on the same ride the system fails to connect. I will replace with a BMW bluetooth as well based upon the previous recommendation.

Perfect for what I need it for

As a business owner, sometimes I need to be reached quickly and with my iPhone turn by turn directions app, I am now able to stay connected and find my destinations all without taking off my helmet. Since I can choose which calls to answer and never dial out, unless I am stopped and off the road it's not a real safety issue for me. One nice thing about this device, it becomes an integral part of the helmet not hanging off the side of it.

Bluetooth can't pair with more than one device.

Overall, I think this is a good product, but do not expect it to work with BMW audio system and Navigator IV GPS system simultaneously. I was able to get it to work with either one separately, but not both at the same time. After 3 days of trying and extensive web research, I have now ordered the BMW bluetooth communication system as a replacement. Also, this product cost about the same as the BMW system - and that's not cheap!

Bluetooth in your head

This is an amazing system. It really works. The first time the phone rang it scared me to death! Battery life is good, I get 9+ hours out of it. Pandora streams quite nicely from my Android phone. My only complaint is I still wear earplugs under the helmet and when they're in well, the volume is a bit low even at it's loudest. Voice quality on the phone, even at speed, is very understandable I'm told. It's pricey at 400 bucks, that's why I gave it a 3 on the cost benefit.

Schuberth SRC Comm System

Great features. The included radio is a great idea, needs a better receiver. Controls and sound are superior!
