Superb tire!

This is the second time I've purchased these tires mostly due to the fact that I installed the first set at 3,500 miles and did not replace them until 22,000 miles. I regularly ride my '12 ZX-6R and have NEVER had any issues with these tires. Great quality in the corners, in the rain, stop and go traffic and any other situation that may arise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Love these tires

replaced the Metzeler Z8s on my BMW k1600. This is like night and day. Another rider in my club has the PR3s and says they get great tire life. We'll see...

Good Tires

Just put on my second set on my ZRX1200, I got over 6,000 miles when I was only getting 5,000 or less on Bridgestones and much less on a set of Shinkos I ran. Still had a lot a wear left on the front but the rear was worn out. Handled good right up to the end. It's a heavy bike and completely wore the other front tires out. I could have got a couple thousand more out of the front, but I like to have a matched set. Saved it, maybe use it later on.

Michelin PR3's for 2006 Yamaha FZ6

BEST SPORT-TOURING TIRES MONEY CAN BUY. Period. When I first replaced the factory Dunlops with the PR3's at about 10k miles, I could not believe the difference in handling. It instilled new confidence in my own abilities. The rear PR3 lasted nearly 15k miles! I of course replaced it with another PR3. And I am just now replacing the front tire at almost 30k. So, nearly 20k out of the front tire?! I can only hope the PR4's are as good, whenever I can't get PR3's anymore! Thanks for reading.

Great tire. Awesome grip, great in wet. A little short on tread life, would like to see a few thousand more miles.

Extremely satisfied

I replaced the Pilot Road 2's on my 2001 BMW R1100RT with Pilot Road 3's. The 2's were excellent tires and I got ~13,000 miles from them with plenty of tread left. The 3's seem even more stable, smooth, and "sticky." The Beemer handles better than ever. Awesome tires!

PR3 front tire

2nd PR3 I have put on my FJR. Got over 10,000 miles with good even tread wear. Performs well (fairly mild riding) on curves and in the wet. Very good tread design for a front tire.

Great tire!

As always, Motorcycle Superstore has a competitive price and delivers in 2-days. This is probably our 10th front PR3- this one went on the wife's new (to her with only 7600 miles) 2009 R1200RT and was the first new tire after the OEM Metzler. Wife says, "Its great, just like all the other PR3's." She means on her previous bike the R1150RT which was traded-in with 110,000 miles on the clock.

Love these tires!

My husband and I both have been running these tires for several years and love them! I actually recently bought a new front and rear for my '04 R1150RT and ended up trading that bike this weekend. I'm sure whoever buys that bike will love that they gained an almost new set of PR3's. My new (to me) '09 R1200RT came with Metzler tires on it and I will be replacing those right away with a set of PR3's!

Michelin Pilot Road 3's

The Pilot 3's feel smooth as butter on my 2011 Wee-Strom. Bike handles great and am loving these tires. Cornering is awesome and is also great in the rain.

PR3 on a ST 1300

I like the ride and turn in a lot better than the PR2 I had on before. I hope it wears better too. The PR2 wore on both sides but not so much in the middle if that makes sense.

So far so good

I purchased the front and rear tire and I am very satisfied with the handling and the stopping distance in wet conditions. I will update tread life as I put more miles on it but the first few hundred have been great.

Quiet & Confident

Only been riding on this tire for a month now, but it is every bit as capable as the previous version.

Terrific tire

Bought these after numerous recommendations from friends and forums to replace the OEM tires on my '06 Triumph Sprint ST (yeah, the PO didn't ride much). After scrubbing them in, my first real weekend ride was through steady rain from Boston to central NH. After a couple of hours of highway, I decided to break the monotony and hit the backroads. By that time the rain had mostly stopped, but the roads were still very wet. Throughout this part of the ride, including the Kanc and Bear Notch Road, the PR3s performed flawlessly. The rest of the weekend turned dry and I was really able to explore the limits of the tires. Very confidence inspiring with great road feel. Turn in is much smoother and tracking in all conditions is great. Overall an amazing set of tires. I can't yet speak to tread life, but reports elsewhere indicate mileage should be good to excellent. Loving my PR3s!
