    Excellent product

These pant are always in the backpack and they have been working great for the last 5 years whenever it rains or is a bit cold in the mornings. The pair I bought are to replace the well-worn previous pair.

    Great pants

These pants seem to be great. Though I've only had to use them once. If they had foot straps I'd say they are perfect especially considering the price. I'm around 5' 11" and they are a good length (size L).

    Love these pants

I bought these to stash in my saddle bags for when it rains. I like them so much that I wear them all the time. They are very comfortable and keep you dry as well.

    Decent deal

They fit fine, keep you fairly warm, and for the price do the job pretty well. Could use a pocket or two, but other than that, have no complaints. To be clear, I haven't ridden them in torrential weather, but they travel small, are easy to put on and worked great. On a recent 600 mile trip with fog and light rain, I was very happy to have them...

    Great pants

Great pants, hold out the wind, cold, and rain! Fit was perfect, I am 6'2", and weigh 200 lbs, got the large size. Always have a hard time finding rainpants long enough for riding, these were perfect.

    These pants will burn up!!

Do NOT get these pants on your exhaust or you will get both a hole in your pants as well as a black gooey spot on your exhaust. I had to pin up the legs, but I'm a midget. I will get a pair of boot straps one of these days, but they stay down in the wet weather so not a problem anyway. Wear over your rain boots if it's gonna be flooding. I sewed a patch using an ironing board cover - the metallic one - over my exhaust leg - it tends to get ravaged by the wind, but you can cut another patch - don't bother trying to glue it on as it won't stay. I wear these over my light colored pants as the road grime & oil is always getting thrown up. Tend to wear these instead of chaps on the light colored pants as the crotch can get dirty & if it rains, the chaps leach out on your pants. Will buy another pair once these disintegrate - which will NOT be any time soon.

    Alpinestars RP-5 Rain Pants

At 6'6 and a big guy I bought the 3X pants and they were a great fit, plenty of length. I can wear these over pants and they are a comfortable fit. The zippered ends allow ease on. I selected 3 for durability as I can't speak for durability yet but in the first two weeks of very wet weather these were a great buy. For features, I haven't really utilized anything on them other than to wear. They are also great at keeping cold wind out.

    Good looking and functional.

As others have stated, the leg zipper tends to catch the material, but I think this is avoidable if you're careful. I'm 6ft, 34" inseam, and ordered a large. The length is perfect when in the riding position and provides good boot coverage. Durability is unknown at this point as I've only ridden in the rain once. Prolonged high speeds are where I tend to rip rain pants, so I hope these hold up. The waist band is smaller than it needs to be, but there is plenty of elastic. They're very snug on my 33" waist.

    Alpinestars -RP 5 Rainpants

These rain pants are outstanding. As advertised, they will keep you dry and have a mesh liner so they won't 'stick' to you. Further, the generic silver/grey color goes with just about anything. In addition, I have read some reviews which complain that the rain pants are cut too long. Yes, they are cut long but that is EXACTLY the point: With rain pants you want as MUCH coverage as possible. Thus, it makes a lot of sense that these rain pants are cut l-o-n-g because they are the perfect length when you sit on your bike in the pouring rain. If they were NOT cut long, the bottom of your pants would get soaked. When you get off the bike just pull the rain pants up. These rain pants are also pretty tough and work very well as wind pants and 'bug armor'. Finally, the price is inexpensive for this high quality product. Nice job!

    great pants!!!

Will keep the water out! Leg zippers are a little hard to zip up, outside of that, great. And also make a good wind breaker if cold!!! Super bike store has all the good stuff!!!
