    In my opinion..

These gloves are comfortable, classy and tough. They are dry in the wet, warm in the cold and not too bad in the heat. Most importantly, they give you good tactile feedback from the handlebars. I've had mine a little over 5 years, and they're just now starting to show some wear. To some, that would mean 10,000 miles or so. I can't tell you exactly how many miles I've got on them, but it's probably more then that. Much more. I don't even own a car. Whenever I go somewhere, I ride my bike. Go to the store, I ride. Bar hopping, yup, on the bike. Every year I ride to DC (from L.A.) to "The Wall." A couple weeks later I ride out to Branson, MO for my reunion, then to Cripple Creek, CO for the Veterans Rally, and a few other trips here and there. I change routes spontaneously, zigzag and lollygag enough to make you gag and try to see as much of America as I can on the way back. How many miles per year is that? Don't know, but it seems like a lot. Sorry about the excess wordage, but I like these gloves. If you are a real biker, you will too.

As others have noted, these gloves run small. Order a full size up for proper fit. I normally wear a size M or L and ordered a size L, which is too small. Durability wise, although seem fine, "Made in China". On performance, I squeezed into the tight gloves for a 45 min. ride at 41 degrees and my fingers were painfully cold at the end, possibly due to the tight fit.

    Great gloves!

Love these, but the 3xl is more like a 2xl. Tried 10 different pairs of gloves, and these are the best. Going to miss them when the hot weather rolls around.

Best winter glove money can buy.

I have owned these gloves for 4 years now. They are warm (don't wear until below 45 degree F). No cold air gets in them and they cover the sleeve perfectly with velcro band. Finger wiper works great and no fraying stitches so far. The coldest day I wore them was 15 degrees and hands were nice and toasty. Thick padding takes getting used to as you don't feel like you have a great grip on the handlebars.

    Comfortable and COLD

I've worn these gloves in temps of 30's to just below 50 and they do not even begin to keep my fingers warm. In 10 minutes at 60mph in 45 degrees my fingers are cold. I'm very disappointed. I would return my gloves for something else but it's been too long. I need a 3XL so choice is limited. I trusted reviews but these gloves are cold! But comfortable. I like all the features but... cold.

Second Pair.....lost one glove and had to replace them, and will again if I need to. Waterproof in an all-day rain. Leather dries out overnight. Can operate a GPS with these gloves on, and yet sufficiently insulated for very cold riding. Combined with a pair of Icon perforated gloves, I'm ready for all weather.

    Great gloves!

Wanted something to keep my hands warm when riding but they did such a good job they have become my everyday Winter gloves. I even bought my Dad (a non-rider) a pair to keep his hands warm when running his snowblower and working outside. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 on Features is because of the lack of armor but they do have a wiper strip on the thumb, something none of my other gloves have. Gave a 5 on Durability because they seem to be well made but only time will tell for sure and if I'm still wearing them next Winter... and even if I'm not I'd buy another pair!

They were ordered as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. When he tried them on, he was quite impressed. They fit very well and I would say they run true to size. He also liked the features. I cannot respond on the durability of the gloves as only time can be the judge of that factor. Your website and order entry system were very easy to navigate and the shipping was speedy.

Colder gloves for a colder environment.

I purchased these like my pants and jacket because of the large temp swings we have in this area during springtime. The gloves tend to bunch up between my fingers and my palm, but that is not too bad. I haven't really worn them when it was too cool out yet, so really reserving judgment at this time. My finger tips get a bit chilly still, but they are a sight better than the leather gloves I was wearing. I would order a size larger if I ordered more of these gloves, but these will work.

    Dakota Gloves

Haven’t worn in the cold but a great glove first time out. The Gel padding on the palm reduces the vibrations some on my shadow which I liked. The wrist strapping makes for a snug warm fit. Nice look to them also. Haven’t used the visor wipe on the gloves but seems like a great idea.

    Comfortable but cold

I ride 40 miles to work in Northern Michigan and figured I'd get a pair of gloves that would keep my fingers from freezing in the 50 minutes it takes to get there. They don't do the job at 40°F. Otherwise, they're comfortable enough, fit well enough, but they're probably too much glove for when it's hot out. The velcro flap is a little cumbersome, too big for the gloves. They'll be good for when it's about 50°-60° out, but not much else. I guess if I want really warm in cold weather I'll have to spend more $$

As soon as I got them, took a long ride on a cold day. Gloves kept my hands warm and the gel palms made my hands a lot more comfortable...These are great gloves and the fit is right on.....

    Recommended Warm Weather Gloves

Used these gloves several times in weather in the mid 30's and they work well. This past weekend rode in damp, windy 41 degree weather and gloves did their job. Warm, yet flexible enough with the liner to have good control.
