    bags for engine guard bars

I ordered these because of the quality. Only thing is: they have snaps instead of Velcro, had to trade my husband for his that has Velcro. I have the bars that slant and the snap kind of closures just don’t work for me. The quality is great but would sure like for you to carry ones that close with Velcro to make them more versatile and maybe request that one’s be made just for the slant bars.

    Useful product, but...

I was looking for these to have a little extra room on my Ultra Classic for traveling. It definitely will be nice for small things. Glasses, camera, eye drops, etc. They seem well constructed and don't get in the way of my passenger's feet. The only issue I had with them were the snaps. They were impossible to get back together once I pulled them apart. It definitely frustrated me for a long while. I was tempted to send them back, but for the price and function I couldn't bring myself to. I have a snap kit lying around so I set about pulling off the original snaps and put my own on and voila, worked like a charm. So, besides the quality of the snaps being poor for the ones I got (I got the bottle holder version for the other side and had the same problem), I believe these were a much more cost effective buy compared to other options I found.

    River Road Saddlebag guard bag

It attached using snaps on both the top and bottom. The fit was tight and secure. It seems to be water tight with 2 flaps that fold over and then are covered by the main flap. I have not had a chance to test it in the rain but I believe their design should work.

Like the idea...just not the product.

Material pretty stiff out of the box. As I opened up the snaps to place on the bike and the material cracked. So far I am having difficulty in snapping the closers shut to securely attach the bag to the bike. I am trying to find away to stretch it over the guard rails but have been unsuccessful as of date.

    River Road bag

These are good looking bags. Every bit as good as the Harley bags for %30 less. I put them on, but have not actually loaded them. One snap does not stay fastened, but I think I can correct the problem easily, probably next spring, when it's time to hit the road again. Good product!
