    The reviews were right

The product is a bit pricey compared to alternatives, but I bought it based on the glowing reviews. They are really comfortable and stylish. I feel safer and more comfortable in them.

    Very pleased

I bought this boot as something that would work off the bike as well as on. The boot fits very well, I ordered my street-shoe size, and looks like a normal pair of boots. The adjustable strap is a welcome addition offering a more secure fit, as well as a way to contain laces. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

    great street boot

I got these for Christmas and have only done a few rides with them but so far these boots are very comfortable, and feel like they would offer good protection in case of an accident and I would have no issue wearing them to work, or going out. Another big plus is I wear a 14 or 15 shoe and these are one of the few that will fit. Only sometimes I have an issue trying to get my foot under the shifter, but I’m used to riding in tennis shoes so I just need to adjust the shifter or lower my rear set and it will be perfect.

    Confortable boot "X" two

I purchased these boots for my son (he wore them around the house and loved how comfortable they were. My husband liked them so much, I purchased them for him as well. We are getting rid of a pair of Harley boots that are too stiff and these will take their place. I cannot comment on the durability since they were purchased during the winter months and will not be riding until spring.

Not what they used to be.

I bought a pair of these and they came in Friday(11-22-13). I'll start off by saying I've had two other sets of these boots, maybe of been SD2-3 or the last pair may of been 4 not sure. The other ones I had never gave me any problems and they fit good. While the finish on these are very nice I just put them on to walk around the house because the fit seems odd and I noticed that on the right boot where the laces go through on the top the two metal things have popped out. This is due to the little metal ring on the inside fallen off or whatever. The durability is horrible as I wore them for a total of 30 minutes. I'll never buy boots or shoes from icon ever again after running into this issue. This is a lack of quality control and I'll be returning these boots Monday and going with the S&S Riding shoes instead. Might get a decent product then.

    Pretty comfortable..

I've had these about 2 months, love 'em! So far so good on durability, seem to be holding up really well. Have wore them all day, quite a few times, always amazed how good my feet feel when I pull them off at the end of the day. Go ICON!! Keep up the good work.

These will take some time to break in but fit very well. They feel like they are very supportive of the foot/ankle.

    Nice Boots, with Fatal Flaw

As I've read in other reviews, the shoe lace loops have to be redesigned on these boots. My 2nd ride in them, they got wet, then the next time I tried to put them on, one of the loops simply disintegrated. Had to return them and get buy a different boot.

    Disappointed

Really enjoyed these for the first two months I rode in them, but then the shoe lace loops on my right boot broke on the right side. Had the boot repaired but then the left side of the boot had one loop break. They're sitting in my closet now gathering dust. I wish the lace loops were made with better loops, metal or leather. I would give them a 5 star if that was the case.

Sweet boots, my second pair of Icons. I'd buy a third if needed. Stylish as well as comfy.

Not as good as the original version

I really love my original version of these boots, the high top basic boots, and a lot like Doc Martens in look. So I figured these would fit as well. The basic fit is good, but a seam inside really wailed on my ankle the first day. I'm wearing thicker socks, at least until they're broken in. I'm not too crazy about the lower top as well. But my feet are hard to fit, and these basically fit, so I'll stick with them.

Pleased so far. Fit and comfort for new boot is good! Not had long enough for durability but if it changes will update review. I wish they were on sell like the icon 3 were ;-)

    Super Duty BUST!!

The down side. The tongue on one of the boots was short by a few inches. Lacing up made it tolerable at the cost of feeling awkward. Next the loops for the shoe laces started to rip. I had one busted and then another one ready to bust. Returned them to Icon and then had a replacement pair sent to me. The new pair had the SAME tongue issue. One shorter than the other. Returned THAT pair to Icon still new in the box.
