I wore this suit for the first time this morning. I normally wear long johns/Underarmor underneath textile pants with a thermal liner and leather jacket/liner, often with a sweatshirt as an additional layer. Wow! As a test I wore nothing but underwear and a t shirt underneath and I can't believe how comfortable I was. Weird feeling - freezing hands and neck, but warm body. It doesn't have as much armor as I'm used to, but it's plenty abrasion resistant and there's plenty of room to wear something underneath. As far as sizing goes, I'm shaped weird so don't listen to me. I'm 5'9", 34" inseam, 220 lb with big thighs and 34" waist and it fits well in size large.

Ive been riding 55 miles to work and 55 back in 30 degree weather with sub zero gloves. Its like I was sitting in my living room comfort. I take off my shoes to get in and out but its really a great suit to stay comfy in. Well worth the investment, and that's what it is, an investment to your health, comfort and safety towards your riding experience. Instead of the temperature clouding your mind, you can concentrate on your ride.

Looking for a track suit for my upcoming track day, and after coming up short at cycle gear because of their common saying of "we can order it". I went to a tailor and got my measurements and started searching on here, comparing prices and sizes and I stumbled upon this one which fit my budget and size. I'm 5'11, 220 lbs ex-football player, wide shoulders, wide hips, and big thighs. It fits Wonderfully while being tight in all the right places, without being overly constricting causing limiting mobility, if your a muscular guy who has big thighs and a wider build this is a very good option. The suit is very breathable as well, at NCBIKE it got up to 97 degress and while I was still hot, the suit wasn't holding in the heat. It has a breathable fabric on the chest, under the arms, and in between the legs. I ordered a 52 and in hindsight I probably should have gone with a 50. After you break it in the suit does get slightly bigger but not in a bad way, but more that it contorts with your body more so the suit learns where to fold and let out depending on your body and how you ride. Overall I give this suit a 11 out of 10.

I just recently got to do my first multiple day travel with this suit. Felt comfortable while riding, no pinch, pull or ride up. You will need to stop the adjustments of venting though and you will need to take it off to adjust back vents. Front access pocket only able to hold Ipod nano. Previous reviews were correct that your knee pads will need to be readjusted every time you remount bike. It is waterproof and when zipped up pretty windproof, kept chill out. Rode in temps of 42 on mtn switchbacks. If you decide to stop you cant just unzip and half shed, you will want to take off or burn up.

This is my first track suit. Got it at a holiday discounted price and for the price it just can't be beat. I normally wear a 42 jacket but that size in the track suit was a little too tight for comfort, so I went a size up to a 44 and it fit fine. Haven't had a chance to use it with the bike yet this season. One regret is that I didn't realize it did not come with spine protection - that seems like a requirement for any track suit. Other minor complaint is that the material in the sleeves can easily get caught up when putting your arm in - makes me wonder how long before i accidentally tear it. But again, for the price and for a beginner's first track suit, it can't be beat.

This is my first track suit, and I haven't even ridden with these yet, but I wanted to comment on what I do know about this suit. Im 6', 205lbs and after trying on 8 or 9 one piece leathers I got this Cortec in an XL. I would say its a comfort fit. But a LG was too short on the torso and sleeves. The suit feels well made and I didnt notice much difference between it and suits costing $1000 more. The one drawback I would call out is the back protector is a foam pad. I will be getting a hard back protector before hitting the track. Other than that, Im very happy with the purchase. I think its a great value.
