    Best Boot I Ever Rode

Wanted this boot bad for this weekend. Got here Thursday. Walked around in it for a couple of hours. Decided to wear it to Yuma before I took it to the canyons. On the road at 75 MPH, I was struck by the fact that I could not feel the boot! All I could feel was the pressure point where the ball of my foot was on the peg. This boot is incredible. If you do not buy it at the sale price you're screwing yourself!!!

    huge boots

I am 8.5E and the 9 fits well. However, these are more like a slightly smaller version of the MX boots, more for adventure/off-road bikes. It was a great deal, but I returned mine.

    Perfect Boots

These boots are awesome. I wore them on and off the bike all weekend and they are breaking in. Takes time to get the BOA set just right but that is a part of owning new boots. I have not had them in the rain yet but I am sure they are more than up to the task. The price point is out of this world. They are on closeout so get a pair. Super comfortable to walk in. I have a Victory Cross Roads and they fit just fine and shifting is not an issue.

    Great Boots

Very comfortable boots. I usually wear size 8. Ordered size 9 and they fit perfect.

Great boots! It is really quick and easy to get them on and off. They break in quick with just a few rides and I have no problem walking around in them. Comfortable! They tend to stick too much for my liking on the rubber foot pegs/shifter/break levers on the KLR but are absolutely perfect on the metal foot pegs and shifter on the WR.

    When "waterproof" means waterproof

Seems like one of the best-kept secrets in motorcycle boots is that when boots are leather with a "waterproof" membrane like Gore-Tex they are actually water-resistant. The difference is crucial to a touring rider in prolonged rain because leather plus membrane will eventually get waterlogged and then takes a long time to dry. I've yet to read an ad or review that says that a true waterproof boot will be man-made material. That's what makes these boots perfect for touring and dual sport riding.

    Great, comfortable boot

This is the first motorcycle boot I have ever worn, so I have no comparisons. When I first received them, I promptly used them on a 1400+ mile trip that included a 3 day Rawhyde Adventure course (off-road.) I was, at first, horrified that it was much harder to shift with these on than with my various other non-motorcycle shoes. With just a little practice, however, shifting with them became second nature and easy. They performed flawlessly for me. The mechanism to adjust them is brilliant; however, I am interested in knowing how durable that mechanism will prove to be. It works very well, though, allowing very fine adjustments to tightness. And here is the kicker. I rode through Moab and visited Arches National Park. While there, I wore these boots to hike three miles into Delicate Arch. They were incredibly comfortable and sure-footed. I don't know if this is normal for motorcycle boots; however, if I could, I would give them six stars for comfort. Mine do fit just a little narrow, but not in a way that makes them uncomfortable. Each day, when I would put them on, I could feel a very slight hot spot in my left ankle. That tension would disappear very quickly and had no effect on performance- including the hike. You can't go wrong with this boot- it's great.

Fits true to size. A bit bulky from what I'm used to, I was missing gears initially because the thickness of the boot prevents any feel of the shift lever. First time I rode them in the rain (70 miles at 55mph, my toes were damp. I've applied a few coats of spray on waterproofing but haven't encountered rain since then. The boot is warm and I like the cable ratcheting system for fitting the boot to your exact comfort. The boot is well made and offers a great deal of protection.

Who wouldn't want these boots ???

I bought 2 pairs of AXO boots. The 9 to 5 boot for tooling around town and the Freedom GT Waterproof boot for touring. These AXO Freedom GT Waterproof boots are big, and barely fit inside my touring pants. They are super comfortable and warm. Love the lacing system! Both are high quality made in Italy boots and with free shipping and after using a Gift Card that I had, SCORE!!

    AXO Freedom GT Boots

I really like these boots. The break in was a little difficult to get used to (BOA system), but after a few times setting the cable tension it all worked out. I wear a size 9 and ordered a 10 and they fit well and are comfortable to ride in. The only problem I encountered was the bigger size is a tight fit between my heel- toe shifter on my Gold Wing.

    Great boot for the money!

These boots offer great protection. If you are used to wearing a less rigid boot, they may feel awkward at first, but after a few rides, they became much more comfortable. The BOA laces are great and just a pull of the button releases them for quick removal. Overall construction and quality is great. As always, great service and fast delivery from Motorcycle Superstore.

    Better Than I thought

I was not expecting more than a good waterproof boot. It is definitely more heavy duty than that. Great protection around the ankle.

Sturdy waterproof touring boot with steel cable lacing

After my first day ride I had serious doubts about these boots...the lacing system was uncomfortable on my shins. However, my second ride with them was actually an 8 day tour. They proved to be very comfortable by simply leaving the lacing a bit looser. They are very sturdy and well-built, offering good protection. The soles offer excellent grip. They worked well in the rain, not leaking a drop, and kept my feet warm in temps that ranged down to 30 degrees with snow falling. They are OK for walking around (a bit clunky due to their heft compared to lighter touring boots, but they are sturdier). They fit true to size.

    Nice boot but...

...if you tuck your pants inside the boot, you will have trouble with the velcro tabs. I bought these for my girlfriend to wear thinking because these are men's boots (bigger) that wouldn't be an issue. I was wrong.

    Really Good, not great...

Overall, I am happy with these boots because: 1) My feet are warm in the Winter down to 18º so far! 2) My feet are dry from rain and snow in a downpour! 3) I feel very protected with these boots 4) They were a good value 5) They look good 6) Easy to get in and out of 7) Lifetime warranty 8) Fit my wide feet!!!! 9) True to size Cons: 1) Not comfortable to walk around in very much 2) A bit heavy/bulky 3) May interfere with your pegs
